Empty promises

Next security Corp is responding to my emails and phone calls makes promises , but does not keep them for the period of more then 2 months. So it is like a waste of time with them. you can not result as far as doing warranty process through them with manufacturer, since they are the seller. I don't know if they will keep the one year warranty promise or no. So stay away from them.
Next security if you can comment on my review please do so.
