The shipping times and responses of customer service are abysmal. Have been waiting since Dec 7 for items which is about 1.5 months and really getting just lip service from Customer Service.

The website was easy to use, the graphics and multiple views of the jewelry were of high quality. The quality of the work seemed evident in the high resolution photos. The only issue (not a criticism but a suggestion) was that there was not any choice in the metal (other than Silver) used to hold the sapphires such as White Gold, Palladium or Rhodium. Silver is nice but it tarnishes easily and needs a fair amount of maintenance.

It was real easy to purchase. It was also cool that they told me the carats for my 2 necklaces. Hope to get by feb 15th. Birthday present.

I was able to select from a wide range of different items and styles for my anniversary and Christmas gifts for my wife. It was very convenient and saved me a lot time shopping. I have since returned for more items.

I placed an order for 3 pieces of Jewelry but didnt get the higher discount. There wasn't a way to change it . Is there a way it can be adjusted ?

I had trouble applying a discount code to my order. That finally went through. I placed my order for a ring and bracelet on December 5. Its January 2nd and I still dont have the order. I contacted them December 22 and asked where my order was. They apologized for the wait and said they would send it out express shipping. That was 2 weeks ago. I will never order from them again.

Ordering was very easy and applying discounts was also easy. I sincerely hope that I will not have to wait weeks or months to receive this jewelry.

BUYER BEWARE : PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER WAS 10 DAYS, and then I paid extra for expedited shipping of 5-6 business days!
I ordered my item on 12/17 for an event of 12/30, so I paid for expedited shipping , but was notified by customer service that my order only was prepped to ship on 12/29. I am so disappointed.
I loved the item and carefully picked it, but 12 days is not enough lead time to get my item . How disappointing. I need to go out today and shop to find a local item for my event.

Item arrived in good time and my stepdaughter loved it.

I still havent received my ring. I think i ordered this ring 1 other time, but never received that one either. I realize the first ring i ordered was just ordered yestersay so obviouly its too early to recive this one. I only want 1 ring so please refund the charge on the second ring if the first ring has been charge. Thank you. I hope im not communicating with a robo chat. Very good quality and it looks just like the real diamonds.
Over my lifetime I spent thousands on natural diamonds and few months ago my home was rubbed and now I hope the insurance company will do the right thing.
