Once i settled on a wheel, he got it ready and it shipped lightning fast and arrived in perfect condition. Too notch customer service and an all around decent guy. I told him that i had been swindled by another group online and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I wouldnt buy from anyone else.

I've purchased from a lot of EUC vendors over the years, but Next Gen Mobility has earned my business every time I have the option.

Living in Hawaiʻi, shipping is always frustrating. Most companies advertise "free shipping" to the mainland, then expect Hawaiʻi customers to cover the full cost. I've never bought the excuse that it has to be that way because I know what UPS and FedEx actually charge. Rob does something I wish more companies would do—he only charges the additional cost to ship to Hawaiʻi instead of making us absorb the entire shipping bill. It's one of the fairest shipping policies I've come across, and as someone in Hawaiʻi, I really appreciate it.

What really made me a loyal customer, though, was something much smaller. I ordered a set of pedals, and the hardware kit was missing two screws. Instead of just sending the missing pieces or telling me to find replacements at the hardware store, Rob shipped me an entire hardware pack with extra screws and bolts so I could finish the project without hunting down those oddball fasteners. That's the kind of customer service that sticks with you.

I'm about to purchase a Patton S. The price is essentially the same as the major competitors, but Rob is offering upgraded pedals and much better shipping to Hawaiʻi. Even if he wasn't including the extras, I'd still buy from him if his price is anywhere close. The service, fairness, and support are worth it.

One thing I've also noticed is that he's almost always one of the best-priced dealers anyway. So my advice is simple: if Next Gen Mobility carries what you're looking for, buy it from Rob. He's earned my business, and I'll keep coming back.

Although the box was incredibly beat up once I got in to my house the Sherman L SE was in terrific condition no issues so far. The shipping was done in a timely manner, and the description of the wheel was spot on. The wheel rides great so glad I purchased it. Thanks, Rob. It was a great experience. What I love most about it so far is the suspension and also the new style pedals. Awesome wheel.

The price is definitely competitive. Plus the great additional extras they throw in. Aside from that, it is nice to get immediate customer support. Every step of the way till I received my wheel here in Canada they were answering all my concerns almost instantly. I just made a huge purchase and dealing with them gives me reassurance that I made the right decision. Im also happy that they take crypto. Why not, way of the future... both mobility and service.
