I'm sorry you had issues getting through to our office. We do NOT have a voice mail attendant and have our staff answering all calls during normal business hours. We also have live chat on our website with the staff available to communicate this way as well.
My staff has reached out numerous times and has been unable to reach you to get corrected instructions from you to process your request.

Customer Service isn’t Dead!!

I’ve been dealing with NEXT GEN for about 3 years and it’s been great. Customer service is amazing. You never get a canned response. You never feel like you’re being rushed off or pushed away.

Difficult setup but smooth sailing afterward

They did well in establishing my retirement brokerage accounts for private placements. It was a little complicated at first, but once the first placement was done, subsequent placements became much easier.
