I was skeptical from the beginning and invested under 100$ back in 2022, but now, after 3 years, my land was valued at over 600$ and I cannot even sell it.
The website doesn't work properly, the owners ran away with the money and left the website to its fate, to perish... Never ever invest in something promoted by someone on the internet. I have paid a small fee for this lesson, but some folks out there lost thousands. Stay safe and learn from the mistakes of others so you don't have to learn from your own.

Lost land I'd bought before they switched to using MATIC. Three months on and their support team has failed to figure out what happened.
All I get from them is they are "re-escalating" the issue.
When I first reported the problem I was told, "The migration was very successful", as if I was wrong about my land going missing.

My lands disappeared when I bought a new one.

Thanks to ONIZUKA on discord who helped me through this process. I didn’t buy the different lands on the same wallets. With his help I was able to reunite everything on the same wallet.

Best project I’ve seen so far. People talking about it as a scam are simply people who got scammed by people outside of Next Earth because they are new to crypto so naive.

Had a problem with a NextEarth payout for about 15 days, which I still haven't received. Here I had sold a land for 55 matic but never saw the matic in my MetaMask wallet. Today I wrote to a supporter on Discord who gave me a link. Wallet Connect
this link is a big scam do not enter your phrase and then send it. within 3 minutes my MetaMask wallet was cleared and there was a lot in it.
I believe that NextEarth and its supporters are doing this on purpose to get foreign crypto coins. First of all, I don't get my Matic from the land sale, I emailed the supporter and didn't get an answer, now on Discord my wallet was robbed by a NextEarth supporter. I wish everyone who has something to do with NextEarth that this doesn't happen to you too, I will now go to the police and file a criminal complaint against NextEarth, because their supporters rob someone else's wallets and possibly with the permission of NextEarth.

Next big metaverse project, well structured

The nextearth.io site was addictive for me with buying real earth images of land parcels at a cheap price.

Scam, wannabe Earth 2. Would not recommend.
