I have had 6 machines from them now. In one of them the power supplied failed after a couple of weeks. I replaced it myself as it was quicker and easier than trying to get a box (who keeps the boxes they deliver them in?).
All orders delivered on time.
Customer service is extermely slow to respond to questions.
Ordered a high-spec PC. It arrived quickly (as per the name), accurately & fully configured, worked like a dream. Online chat was very slow, but while I was waiting I found the answer anyway.

Brought a New PC from them, it had a new NVidia 2080 Graphics Card, so in line with the NVidia promotion I was supposed to receive a free copy of Rainbow Six, Never arrived, I enquired via their slow customer feedback system. Where they gave no support to this live promotion.
