Original delivery time was stated as 3/16. It changed to 3/17, so I paid extra to have it delivered by 3/16, which the customer service rep said would happen. Order wasn't delivered until 3/17, after the event happened.

I received my order and my replacement
I received my order. One of my pull-ups was broken, and I was able to call and send photos to customer service. Customer service was quick and friendly, and they worked to replace it immediately. They also made sure to get the replacement to me before I needed it. My replacement came in and looks great!

Was advertised as next day production two day shipping. Ordered for business meeting took 6 business days total. They overnighted to make meeting but would have been stress free if they had met their own schedule. Be wary of timing.
