Their goal is to scam people

Their goal is to scam people. My plan is RN3, it’s not the most expensive one, but it’s also not the basic plan. I expected that by choosing this plan, they would be more considerate and show care toward my situation and health, but the experience was the complete opposite.

All my doctor’s requests were rejected. I constantly had to intervene and fight with them just to get approvals. One of the most important tests my doctor requested was completely denied, and their only explanation was a supposed “waiting period,” even though I purchased the insurance five months ago and the condition is not pre‑existing.

Their customer service is also not helpful. Instead of assisting you, they create stories to discourage you from fighting for your rights. It has been a very frustrating and awful experience dealing with this insurance company. They just want to collect money and show no care for their customers.

Worst worst worst

The worst experience I had was with Nextcare Insurance. We are three members in the family – myself, my husband, and my son. We took this policy, which cost around 30,000 AED. It provides many benefits, and there are premium hospitals listed under it. But the reality is completely opposite. The system is very slow. We have to wait a long time to get approval even for very basic consultations such as fever or food poisoning.
My husband had a slight rise in SGPT earlier. But now, a sudden increase was noticed when we did the test, followed by skin allergies. He is doing workouts and following a proper diet. So this sudden rise is difficult to accept.
To determine the root cause of this sudden increase in SGPT, the doctor advised an abdominal scan to confirm whether it is fatty liver or something else. Only then can my husband start his medication.
But the insurance company rejected all the approval requests from the hospital.
Now my question is, what should we do?
Should we live without knowing the liver condition or whether my husband has any disease while holding a well-known, premium insurance policy in hand?

Or should we move to India for more affordable treatments while holding a premium insurance in hand?

Insurance is an assurance; it is a hope. Everyone takes insurance policies to keep their future safe.
But now I am really scared. What will we do if we face any serious medical needs with this useless insurance?

The customer service never attends the calls. I have been waiting for more than one hour for their answer to help and is not the first time that happens that. Always that you want to be attended by a person to be provided for help they last too much time and sometimes they cut the call after all that time. Same happens with the WhatsApp helper chat. They stop the conversations suddenly but always before they provide you any help.

Please avoid Allianz together with nextcarehealth as they are bunch of scammers operating from Dubai, I signed up using their insurance as a travel insurance and whenever I go to the hospital for treatment they always push you to go in for medical treatment and request you send them the report after treatment only for them to write back saying they won’t cover that and you are left to pay a huge hospital bill. Well if you can find more way to expose or close down this company I will be delighted because they are nothing but scammers

Worst Insurance Company Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

I deeply regret ever signing up with Nextcare Insurance. Their customer service is a complete disaster — they never answer calls. I’ve stayed on the line waiting for over an hour and a half with no response. I even tried contacting them via WhatsApp three times and never got a single reply.

Whenever I request approval for a blood test or any medical check, it’s immediately rejected because it was “not declared before.” How on earth am I supposed to predict in advance when I’ll get sick or need a test?!

Getting medicine is just as bad — you have to submit, request, and chase them for almost a week before getting approval, and that’s after being declined dozens of times first.

I’m paying 11,000 AED a year for absolutely nothing. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They waste your time, your money, and your health.

I strongly advise everyone — DO NOT use Nextcare Insurance.

Scam company of Nextcare UAE

Scam company Review of Nextcare – Awful Service, Time-Wasting Tactics

I had a very bad experience with Nextcare. Their service is simply awful. They seem to have a strategy to waste your time and make you fed up so you give up on your request.

When you submit a request, they ask for more and more information in stages, so the process drags on endlessly. Then, in the end, they just reject everything. It feels very intentional — they clearly want to discourage customers from pursuing their claims.

Also, their phone service is a nightmare. You stay on hold for a very long time, which again seems like a tactic to make people hang up and give up. In today’s fast and busy life, this kind of bad service is unacceptable.

In short: Nextcare seems to be using time-wasting and delay tactics to push customers away. I will never recommend them. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Mediator company

Mediator company, whose only job is to reject the insurance claims. first by asking for lots of information so to consume time and then using the late submission as an excuse.

They removed the portal login and runs only through App, just making itself worse.
