I ordered a jumper for christmas for my husband which was supposr to arrive at latest the friday before christmas , by that friday no info had bern updated so contacted customer service to ask if the could inform me further to which I was told that it was on the way and would be there the next day saturday ot latest monday, monday arrives and there's no delivery so I call to check and the cs rep tells me its on the way again but won't arrive until 28th then I recieved an email this morning the 30th that I have been refunded which I never requested which I stated to customer service to which she replied ironically just order it again .... as if. They're either lying to customers ot haven't a clue what's going on. Never again
Next site says top is 100% cotton, River Island site says its synthetic
There's no size guide for a gold River Island top on the Next Ireland site so I went to River Island's site to check and it's a good thing I did as the top is actually synthetic and not 100% cotton as Next says it, if I ordered it I would have had to return it as I have decided to stop buying synthetic clothes.

Missing coffee table
Ordered a coffee table over a month ago. Got no confirmation or order number and after 6 phone calls to their various customer service team members I’m still getting nowhere. I have been told first that the courier was GLS, then DHL and now DPD. Supposed to be delivered this morning now …..still no confirmation of time or any contact from courier (whoever that may be). If I don’t get my table today I will b asking for a full refund. Never again will I order from NEXT. Totally unacceptable customer service!!!!

I ordered a table in mid October said they would deliver in 2 weeks. The NEXT home team will contact you and give you a delivery date (this is NOT your delivery date this is just the day the item will arrive in Dublin) you get an email saying your delivery will arrive between 7:30 -6pm it won’t it has just arrived in the Ireland that day.
After 2 weeks of waiting no table rang customer care (WHO ARE USELESS!! as good as an ashtray on a motorbike)
They said DHL will contact you for when they will deliver (DHL are just a useless as NEXT) no one contacted me had another 2 weeks of try to find out where are table was after 1 month they found out they had never shipped it in the first place.
Like an idiot I said il order it again this time I went into a store to order it as I did it online the last time.
Said it would arrive in 2 weeks, low and behold a fella arrives with a TV Stand ( which was never ordered by me ) and half a table I said where is the other box for the table that’s a TV stand ( driver said it my first day, keep both) what the hell am I going to do with half a table and Random TV stand I said.
He took back the TV stand, i rang NEXT to say only half had arrived they took 4 days to find out they never sent over second part of the table. They rang and said good news we have cancelled your order and reordered your new table it will arrive early January, I took a second to compose myself and then told them to cancel everything and just refund me for the table which was €800. They said will issue refund and can we come collect the part of the table that was delivered, I said once I get my money you can have the half table back until then I’m keeping it. Once my refund is returned you can have the table back And once i get my refund it will take me 8 - 10 weeks to return it because i want to work at the same rate that NEXT Home and DHL do a useless rate.
DONT ORDER! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

3 weeks later I get a very specific email from the Next Home Team. They gave me a delivery date and stated the items could arrive between 7.30am and 6pm. I took the day off - no delivery. I was so annoyed, I contacted the chat help, they were totally useless. They told me that the courier makes contact to arrange delivery. I asked if this is the case why do they send out emails with delivery times dates on them? I think they just make stuff up as they go along. Awful experience! Still waiting for someone to tell me what’s going on, no issues taking the payment though!

Ordered an item package came but there’s item wasn’t in it after a long dispute with the customer service representative on live chat and showing them proof that the item came empty he agreed to refund me that was Monday this morning I got an email from the supervisor and he said that they won’t be giving me my refund even though I have proof of the item not in the package and proof that they said they’d refund me id avoid next at all cost terrible customer service
Horribly written return policy
Horribly written return policy. The information is very conflicting and lacks clear guidance. It's quite inadequate that you're asked to pay for the return when you ship the items back and then you're being told that you will be charged another 7 Euros for the return itself. Disgusting service!

The girls went above and beyond today, in their Waterford store , Amy and her colleague ( didn't get her name sorry) saved the day for us 🙈as we have a wedding in two day and my husband of course left it till the last minute to sort a suit,but our luck was out in store ,but the girls searched for over an hr to find something in he's size for a full 2 piece,and finally got lucky , so we can't thank the girls enough for all their help ,we will see you tomorrow for collocation

Appalling customer service and unreliable late delivery
If I could give 0 I would. My second experience of ordering furniture where delivery was supposed to be 10 days or possibly up to 2-3 weeks to Ireland due to delays. 5 weeks on and I have to hound customer service to get a delivery date for two outstanding items which I’m now told will be another 2-3 weeks. They weren’t one bit apologetic. I paid €15 for delivery but yet they can be a month late delivering with zero communication and that’s not considered an issue. Absolutely appalling customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am a customer of Next for many years. I find their website fabulous, so user friendly with thousands of products to choose from. The clearance button is fantastic, I highly recommend everyone to use it as there are many bargains there. The staff in the Next store in Opera Lane Cork are fabulous especially Thilanka, Grace and Lisa. They deserve a special mention. The online customer service dept are also really good to deal with and handle queries so efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Next! Long may it last ♥️

Everything went DISGRACEFUL. This time last year my wife started to work for Next, then we spent over €400 just on Victoria secret PJ's, nightgown and body sprays and lotions. Then other stuff for our daughter and small nephews we bought Ted Baker tracksuits. My Christmas clothes were bought in next as was hers, alot of gifts were bought there too, then my mum passed away in January and suits for the grown ups and small grandsons were bought in next. In may her brother got married abroad and my wedding outfit was bought in next, my clothes for the whole week long holiday were bought in Next. Then in July they made a mistake and try say my wife was trying to rob a bottle of spray that cost a €10..!! First off she was looking and did take it off the shelf and was going to get some1 to take for it. But she end up serving the last customers in the store as it was after 9pm. She brought it up stairs and the bottle was STILL ALARMED, she couldn't see anyone and came bk down the stairs and as she was waiting down stairs her manager said u left your purse upstairs, she thought she had her purse under her arm, anyway when the bottle beeped she saw said it's me I was waiting for someone to take for it for me and u actually see her running back to put it back, still alarmed, if she was gonna rob it shywid of debugged it and tell nobody she wanted to buy it and was looking for someone to take for it for her. But shesuffers from epilepsy and before a seizure she does get all wired up and she's in retail since 16 nearly 30 years and NEVER has done anything like that ever.but they didn't care about anything they were wrong about as the week before they told her that her hours were gonna be cut as she wasn't permanent so they got wot they wanted and that was rid of a brilliant woman Oh and also they didn't listen to anything she had to say about her purse being left upstairs, she was making a point of human error and that she actually was convinced she had her purse under her arm but she didn't, she had her fone,box of brekkie bars and the bottle THAT WAS STILL ALARMED, but they didn't care about anything she had to say. But she was paid while she was suspended and after she got told in a meeting she'd be let go she got everything she was due, all her holiday money the lot, they KNOW she did NOTHING WRONG and were actually surprised when she went to her meeting, they thought she would not go but she told them all I did not do ANYTHING WRONG, NOTHING LEFT THIS STORE, SO REMEMBER THAT....They were trying to be nice to her after that. BUT NOTHING EVER LEFT THE STORE, SHE LEFT THE ALARM ON THE BOTTLE AS IT WAS NOT SOLD YET AND IF SHE DID WANT TO GET IT SHE JUST HAD TO PRESS 1 BUTTON TO DEBUG IT....1 BUTTON..... UNBELIEVABLE

Worst online company I have dealt with in years!!!
Obviously seeing the other reviews now its my fault but usually most online businesses nowadays give a really good service. This excuse of a website on the other hand.
1. Two weeks still no order
2. Had to chase for a tracking number
3. Order confirmation email neither included order number or tracking number
4. Marks out of stock products as in stock on website
5. Customer service does not respond to emails
6. As a guest you get provided with a guest account number needed to track but no page to inser
7. If product not fit for dispatch then they do not notify you.
