Subject: Regarding Issues Faced During My Course

Assalamu Alaikum Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am a student at your institute and currently enrolled in the Digital Marketing course. I would like to respectfully bring some issues to your attention that I have been facing.
On the first day of my class, institute staff entered the classroom and started discussing internal matters. Because of this, around 15–20 minutes of my class time was wasted. Additionally, another class was being conducted at the same time, which caused another 15–20 minutes of delay. In total, almost half an hour of my time was wasted that day.
On another occasion, my class was scheduled but I did not receive the class link, due to which I missed the lecture. Similarly, there was another day when the class was conducted but I was not provided with the link, and I could not attend the lecture.
I also repeatedly requested that my student card be issued. Initially, I was told to contact another staff member, which may have been my misunderstanding at that time. However, even after that, despite reminding them several times, my card was not issued and I did not receive any proper response.
Furthermore, on one of my visits to the institute, I had to wait at the reception for approximately 40–45 minutes, which again caused a significant waste of my time.
Sir, I respectfully request you to please look into these matters. I would be very grateful for your attention and cooperation.

Dealing is best but after dealing no better service by Management accept instructor, instructor teach the student but management creat disturbance in the class time if class time is 2 hours then management interference in the class, issues in simple words management waste the time of students like no professional behaviour no response on WhatsApp no giving class link,no giving Entrance Card.

Our instructor is very good person . Everything thing like class Environment and lecture is good and understandable . I recommended everyone to join nexskill .

Had a great experience with NexSkill. I recently completed a course " Advance Python With AI ". The environment is truly immersive and the Instructors are well experienced as well. The management Team is great as well. Overall a great experience!

Overall experience was good . Learnt alot of new things from my instructor and got my hands on creative projects.

I enrolled in a Full Stack Web Development course at NeXskill (Arfa Tower), and I want to warn others — they are scammers.

Their instructors are not professional and do not know how to teach properly. They only care about collecting course fees, which are in lakhs of rupees. I personally wasted 85,000 PKR on this course.

Behind the scenes, they force students to record fake positive video reviews to promote their institute. This is a scam. These types of institutes waste students’ money, time, and even their future.

Please be aware and don’t fall into their trap. Save your money and your time.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.. I paid four times more than the normal fee to get 1 on 1 online training but after payment each time I had to follow up to get the classes. After first few classes they stopped giving classes and keep ignoring my calls and messages. Its been 8 months now since I enrolled but never continued my classes and I have lost my money.

Nexskill is best for learning Digital Marketing, the instructor Ms Sidra Sadaf is amazing and the program is with international certification
