Ripped of.. by NEXO??
Suddenly after months and out of nothing receiving several mails about converting my assets and finally paid out. Now the mails are suddenly gone and also my funds.
Contacted them immediately, but only an auto mail. So opened chat and got the answer not the right place/medium. So again nothing
Even the info mail they are not reading only again an auto answer.
Very great help in this situation.
Than forwarded to an agent... waiting and waiting and waitng...never any response.
VERY VERY BAD.
So if they dont care about customers only when they invest, but if they maybe themselves ripped me off (read other reviews) well than stay away here.

When U want to deposit into your account, there is restriction on withholding or pause ur coins by using regulatory rule even U are transfer legally to ur own account, and this happened to me with the intention to withdraw the funds from Nexo account, the withdrawal is being made delayed too.

Good for long term investing
The company is well setup for long term interest savings in your selected assets in kind. Customer service is quick to help. I just wish they would take Australia as a serious market and let us connect directly with our bank accounts for deposits and withdrawals instead of having to use other platforms to do this
