The company culture reflected poor accountability and excessive internal politics. Fuel-related incidents involving employees’ vehicles were not handled with the level of transparency and professionalism expected in a healthy workplace. Additionally, parking security and CCTV monitoring appeared inadequate, which raised serious concerns regarding employee safety and asset protection. Instead of conducting fair and transparent investigations, responsibility was often shifted toward lower-level staff members, negatively impacting trust, morale, and the overall work environment.
