I have needed the help of Nexgen tech support several times over the last few years and they have always amazingly responded in just a few minutes of my request for help.
Today I shot myself in the foot and had no idea what I had done that kept my software from running.
Jason, had my system back running in less than 5 minutes, and then explained what I had done that caused the problem and how I can avoid any problems in the future.
Not only is Jason the master of the Nexgen software universe, but he treats you with respect and kindness even when you are the one who caused the problem in the first place. The kind of guy you wish your daughter would, or had married.

Really a superior supportive atmosphere an a Link literally to see you're own future, Nexgen does an excellent job with layout with being user friendly. Nexgen software will take your game to a whole new level #1

If you want to truly learn how to Trade for a living. NEXGEN is the best place! Not only has the education been top notch but also the customer service is excellent!

I was previous license holder since 2007 and had not used their software for over 15 years, (due to personal reasons) however even after long break I contacted the support team and they were very pleasant and helpful to help me reinstall the software back in my computer.
The indicators are very helpful in keeping me patient and only look for entry in the correct trend of the market.
I was absent from trading for personal reasons, but looking forward to resuming my previous success.
I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their product and more importantly service.

The Education class teaches the simplest favorable trade, trading on paper to accelerate the learning process, keep repeating. Well, it keeps getting better and better! I am learning a TON and got into the Prop company side and ready to start trading my prop account, here is why.
Classes have been great and I have learned the rules and able to recognize the patterns and trade with confidence. Mark N. does an OUTSTANDING job teaching the system and how to read the indicators, etc. So, Yesterday was a great day, 7 trades, 5 good for $1300 and two bad ones for $110! Today was an even greater day, 4 trades for $1600+ no bad trades. Almost makes me feel guilty, like stealing candy from children!

The whole team is great, responsive and really want us to win. The software is spot on, the instruction they provide DAILY is incredible, the Prop company is designed for you to win and now we even have an automated system that enters trades based on the rules they teach daily AND IT WORKS!

I could not say it better, I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 if possible.

I am completely new to trading, its like learning a new language! I am a slow learner but they have lots of training and the customer support is fast and awesome! And they have shown lots of patience with me! I am really enjoying my learning experience with Nexgen! I would encourage anyone that is considering to learn to trade, Nexgen is the way to go for sure!

Ok, all is good!

The software showed all the potential that the company promised in the free week trial. But the Nexgen people are the real reason to join. The student advisor, Jim Forbes, had excellent knowledge of the software and programs with a willingness to explain and help. Jim also was an excellent source for market information from his actual floor trading experience. The daily classes facilitated by Mark Novak took me from knowing nothing of the software to understanding the new vocabulary and being able to apply it to the charts in 5 days. Even more important he manages to make trading rules clear for new traders and offers personal interpretation of plans and trades taken.

I'm just getting started learning the software. So far I've dealt with Chris the most, getting the software set up on my computer and explaining what is going on. He is very easy to talk to, answers questions I didn't know I had, and very prompt getting back to me if I just happen not to reach him immediately when I call. I am very excited to have this opportunity and looking forward to getting this learned. I've listened to the live on line classes and am amazed at all the information available.

I’ve been working with, or schooled, by the Nexgen team for two weeks (11 days to be exact). The level of training and personal one-on-one help is beyond my expectations. When the day is done with them I look forward to the next day. (I thought my MBA made me smart and that took two years)

NexGen WORKS! The rules are simple. They provide all the resources you will ever need, 15 hours of interactive classroom training per week and the concepts are proven out with a 70-80% win ratio. Best investment I've ever made. These guys have decades of experience in the space. No sink or swim treatment either. You are never alone in your journey. Love this company and love these people. I new to the platform, but I can tell you that the software and the education are awesome. I day trade stocks right now and plan on futures shorlty. I would 100% recommend NexGenT3 to anyone thats wants to understand and trade successfully. If you want a quick get rich program, this isnt it, but if you want people that care about your training to make you a consitent and successful trader, this is IT !
