Helpful when viewing the cars, but don’t pressure or pester you. The car we purchased broke down the following day. Nex car couldn’t have been more helpful, above and beyond, collecting the car from miles away, offering car hire and extending the warranty as compensation.
I bought a vauxhall Corsa from Nex Car Skewen and part exchanged my old car. Nathan was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth. I’m really happy with my new car and I would highly recommend!!
Had nothing but problems since purchasing a car from.this company. A few months ago. And they won't acknowledge the fault with the automobile. And are passing the blame. As stating wear and tear. As already contacted the relevant people. Whom are now prepared to get involved asap. As the consumers act 2015 is irrelevant to this company as they don't care about that act 2015. So please shop somewhere else and avoid these scammers
