this is a poor company to deal with I…

this is a poor company to deal with I was sent the camera 22nd December 2017 with no charging lead and also the packaging stated other add on`s and when I questioned there customer service said its old packaging so I said this is false advertising and they did what they do best and do not reply and after numerous emails asking for answers January went by and February went by and I was so frustrated with the lack of customer service in fact I stated in an email if they have a customer service can they please reply to me but no so I had to ask socialliving to see what they could do and things started to improve and I received my charger 2.5 months later. My experience of this company in a nut shell is they take your money and ignore you and hope that you will get bored and go away

Shocking company avoid at all costs!!!

Shocking company! Promised order through wowcher by 22.12.17. Didn’t arrive! Emailed and had a response to say there were problems with the dispatch but it had now been dispatched. Still didn’t arrive so I called. Operator said it was being dispatched that day, so previous email was a blatant lie. It finally arrived (for which I think I’m lucky reading other reviews) last Thursday 11.01.18. And an email arrived yesterday saying it had been delivered. Customer service is shocking and they don’t give a monkeys! Wowcher should drop them!!!

AVOID NEXBUY AT ALL COSTS

AVOID NEXBUY

I have been waiting a month for my delivery. All they say is there is a backlog from Christmas, they are a real joke. Wowcher should drop them as I am close to never using Wowcher again at the moment. Have trading standards been to these people? apparently they are based in Peterborough.

Another customer who is still waiting for their order placed 1st December.
Seller is impossible to get hold of. I have also just checked their website and it doesn't have the secure padlock on the weblink bar which indicates it is not a genuine seller.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered something from Wowcher from NexBuy for Christmas. Still haven’t received my purchase and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Have emailed many times to finally get a reply two weeks later ( on Boxing Day ) saying it’s been delivered. To where though ? I still haven’t received it!
They have taken my money and now refusing to refund even though I am still without my product. I have reported them to Trading Standards... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Still chasing Wowcher and NexBuy for a refund!

What a joke!!! They don’t send you your purchase and they do not reply to emails. I am fuming as purchased something for Christmas back on 18th October and is now 20th December, found through the wowcher company which I have never had a problem with before and delivery and customer service is all down to the company d lol g the product NEXBUY.

I have recently bought some headphones …

I have recently bought some headphones from them, through wowcher. They arrived after about 7 days which was way too long for my liking and when they did arrive only the right one worked. Emails sent to that effect to ask for a replacement which wee ignored. Now it transpires I have to send them back before they will consider sending me a new pair... not good, shop on amazon or elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM NEXBUY!

Ordered through Wowcher some Apple Compatible Wireless Bluetooh Headphones on 30th November, and my estimated delivery arrival was latest 7th December.

I was calling up/ emailing to be told there was a problem with their supplier and they haven't dispatched it yet.. on the 12th December. I was then told it will be shipped that day and they confirmed this twice for me.

I then still haven't received anything today, I called up again today and was told it will be shipped today.. and should be with me latest next Tuesday the 19th December.

Assuming arrival will be Tuesday 19th December, this will have then been 19 days since I ordered, and 12 days after my estimated delivery arrival. Paying £4.99 for delivery!!

I asked for proof of postage, and they cannot provide me with this.

This is a Christmas present and I was assured by Wowcher if I order by 10th December you will get GUARANTEED Christmas delivery.

S THAT SO?

Is that why it takes 19 days for a small order of 1 thing to arrive?

Definitely not the case is it.
