We chose the 5 attraction pass, it was so easy to book things from it and good value for money. The unlimited pass would have been a waste for us, as this allowed us to enjoy the city without pressure of trying to squeeze in too much. It can also be used over as many days as you wish, so no rushing required!

Easy to book. A few times the app didn't work, even though it was connected to wifi. We had to then wait and restart it, so we could access the qr codes.

Worked perfectly. You can even change the time of the reservation until around half an hour before your reservation. Sometimes if you’re early they’ll still let you in.

I used the NY Pass during my trip to New York and honestly, it was great. It’s super practical, easy to use, and includes tons of attractions to choose from.
You just show the pass on your phone and you’re good to go — no lines, no stress. I loved how convenient it made everything, from visiting the Empire State Building to taking sightseeing cruises.
Overall, totally worth it if you’re planning to see several attractions. It saves you time, money, and makes your NYC trip way smoother

I bought a three-day pass for two people. The pass included 109 activities. You can visit 5 to 7 sites per day, so we were able to use about 20 tickets. Prices range from $30 to $45, so we would have paid about $600 to $800 each. It's a huge savings.

What a great deal. Got to see so much of New York and made a day full of memories. Without the pass we would not have done as much and dwindled our day away. Awesome experience.

This was a fantastic way to organise our itinerary and to ensure we did everything we wanted to do in New York. We booked a 48 hour City Pass and that allowed us to choose up to EIGHT attractions from an extensive list, including the Hop On / Hop Off Bus. We used that bus as a way of getting from attraction to attraction,(and also saw attractions along the way which we hadn't booked) saving a fortune in cabs or subway tickets. We covered the 9/11 Museum, One Tower, The Edge, Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Sunset Cruise of Statue of Liberty, and the Bus. All-in-all, I HIGHLY recommend the City Pass as, not only does it save a fortune, it is crucial in planning your itinerary & fitting everything in. Just remember to book the attractions which require booking (quoting your City Pass number) and you won't have to queue anywhere :)

I did a lot of research before considering the New York Pass and considered it value for money for what I wanted to do in NY. I have planned visits to other cities and purchased tickets well before travelling. I was alarmed that with the Pass, you only had a limited time before your preferred date to book tickets. Consequently, I was worried that everything would be booked out. I don't know if I was just lucky or what, but I noted the lead times for booking, made sure I booked as early as I could and everything went perfectly.
