Pleasantly surprised
I ordered four items and each item came in a separate shipment, and they arrived very slowly. The coat I ordered was exceptionally small for a large. It did not fit their sizing guidelines. Plus I could neither return it nor exchange it at a reasonable cost. However, the three pairs of Hoka shoes that I ordered were awesome! I paid 70% less for these shoes than I pay in the states. I will also say that Carol in Customer Service is absolutely awesome to work with. She kept me very informed and answered all of my questions.

I got the jacket
I got the jacket, but I don't think its real North Face- everything looks fake. There no real tag - just says Made in China. I think I got scammed. I want to return, but thre is no return info.
