Do not buy any tickets from New York…
Do not buy any tickets from New York Theater unless you are 100% sure to show up for their shows. Spending over $20 per ticket to purchase the "Ticket Protection" does NOT cover your expenses. It covers only a year from the purchased date (not the show) to find another show: will not refund any money even you had to cancel the tickets within 6 hours. They will not refund your money, only a voucher. Period. Ticket Protection is a scam.
If I could give it less than one star
If I could give it less than one star I would. It was absolute worst experience in my life. Oedipus the play. You can’t hear it. People’s phones are going off. The acting sucked. Don’t go!
Fake seats!!
Bought tickets for seats that didn’t exist. Asked for money back and just getting the run around. Don’t use them!!!!
Scam. Not Selling tickets
This organization doesn't provide you tickets - just the possible promise of tickets on the day of your event. So you don't get what you bought - you have bought vapor. You can't resell your tickets or exchange them. This is just a big money grab. Find a reputable company - not a scam.
This is a total rip off
This is a total rip off - They advertise seats without letting you know they are obstructed view and then won't refund any money. They sold me obstructed view seats for over $150 each, which would have cost $40 at the venue.
