Fantastic products and amazing customer service
I contacted New World Diamonds with a query on a pendant I had seen. The customer service I had received was super quick and very helpful. I also had a deadline for needing the piece which they were able to push through and I received the item well before I needed it. When the pendant arrived it was absolutely stunning!! Would 100% recommend!!

The bracelet was very nice but I had to return it
The bracelet was very nice but I had to return it. The latching mechanism, while very secure, is impossible to work one-handed. The mechanism is so stiff that I recruited a friend to help me put the bracelet on and she had difficulty getting it fully engaged. I would give the bracelet another try if they changed the latching mechanism to a more conventional one, similar to the mechanisms on the other tennis style bracelets I have. I will say that the customer support was exemplary every step of the way.
