Another fantastic experience with New Wave Events!
This is our second year working with New Wave Events to host our charity Dragon Boat Race in aid of Gympanzees. The communication throughout the process has been seamless with Rhian, who is always happy to help and answer any questions we had. On the day of the race the staff were well organised and super friendly and accommodating making a great day out for all involved. Highly reccommend and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2026!

From my first interactions with Alicja and Rhian the experience was fantastic. Their clear communication, support and flexibility when organising the day were great.

On the day of the event, they were very organised, friendly with a clear emphasis on safety to ensure our guests were comfortable racing.

The catering, races, and overall experience was truly 5-star. I highly recommend NewWave Events for any corporate event or charity day. Value for money and we'd love to return soon.

Exceptional Dragon Boat Experience with NewWave in support to ACT!

What a brilliant day! NewWave and ACT delivered a flawlessly organized dragon boat race. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Where do I start. We entered the dragon boat race last year in Milton Keynes and come 3rd place and what a brilliant day it was. We entered again this year and it was fantastic and exceed last years. every single one of the staff at new wave events are a credit to the company. The weather was not the best again but that did not dampen (excuse the pun) any ones mood. the safety briefs were on point and made sure we knew what to do in the event of a capsize. I will be totally honest and say this is one event i look forward to the most every year. It brings everyone together for a great cause raising money for charity but also the team work, everyone putting in maximum effort and working in sync gives a massive sense of pride. I am still buzzing 5 days later. SPECIAL shout out goes to Rhian who helped steer us to victory in the final. we will be back again for 2026!!!

NewWave Events were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Their communication throughout the entire process—from the lead-up to the day of the event—was excellent, and they always responded quickly. The day itself ran incredibly smoothly, and the whole team was informative and supportive both on and off the boats.

Another great and successful Dragon Boat Racing Event with NewWave Events. Everything was well organised, the team were very friendly and engaging.

We had our first ever company Dragon Boat race with New Wave and they were fantastic. The organisation was so slick, especially on the day we really didn't have to lift a finger and could just enjoy it. Every element was well planned and seamlessly organised. Thank you!

We recently hosted our company's Summer Away Day at Dorney Lake and opted for Dragon Boat Racing through New Wave events. New Wave were very adaptable in accommodating our requirements (for 120 staff!). Both offsite and onsite teams looked after us very well. Onsite team were super friendly, helpful and experienced. I would highly recommend and definitely consider using New Wave's services again.

We have been working with NewWave for many years as they run the race for our UK Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. They are so professional, friendly and very helpful. We are very happy with their good standard of work and will continue to work with them for our future annual event. Our special thanks goes to all the team members particularly to Lucy and Alicja - well done, another successful year! We have no hesitation to recommend NewWave to anyone and any organisation.

New Wave ran us their Enigma Challenge for 50 people at our recent Managers Meeting

Their team running it were excellent, set up and take down was very quick and hassle free and between them they brought real atmosphere to the session.

Everyone had a great time and in fact several colleagues came up to me afterwards and said that prior to the event they were thinking what a waste of time it was going to be, but absolutely loved it....if you can make a crowd feel like that, then you're on to a winner.

Based on this and my experience with Rhian organising the event, we'll be using New Wave again.

New Wave helped organise a charity dragon boat event and it was extremely smooth to arrange and the communication between us both was superb. The event was a success thanks to great staff and organisation. Thanks guys.

We had a day of corporate dragon boat racing to raise money for charity. It was very well organised and run by the friendly and professional team

I have already been asked if we are doing it again next year, which is praise indeed.

We took part in the Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival 2024 and everything went very smoothly and the team had a great time racing

A great company, took all the stress away and managed the whole, i didn't need to worry about anything! im booking again for next year!

The race and support from the crew were great. What I disliked was the timing; waiting 2 hours for another race was too much, as was the queue for meals. I think there were too many people participating that day, and the venue wasn't really prepared for that. Also, the female toilet was blocked, and we had to use the ones located in the gym center.

Alicja and the team from NewWave were exceptional every step of the way. From helping us select the perfect events to setting everything up on site, their support was invaluable. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the team-building exercise (Qube) and had an incredible experience. The Scalextric races were also a huge hit, impeccably organized and hosted. We would definitely hire them again!

The staff were incredible and so good onsite, set up with no fuss and when we needed to change our schedule, this was done with complete ease. Would definitely use NewWave again.

We have used NewWave Events a couple of times at Kohler. Though we had different event hosts each time both crews were superb, steering the atmosphere and activities with expertise that sets them apart. The activities and equipment were well designed and really helped us improve communications and relationships within our team whilst having fun. Thank you!
