Issues resolved but at a glacial pace
Initially sent expired disposables. After using the ‘instant’ chat, they agreed to replace the disposables they sent. I was given a returns label for the first batch to be sent back to them. The new lot had a good date on them, but the hassle of having to return and replace them alongside using the incredibly slow chat just isn’t worth it really. Overall issue was resolved but don’t expect issues to be resolved quickly, only order if you’re not in a rush
