Scam. This company takes your money and doesn't send a ticket. Luckily my bank reversed the charges, Stay away!

It's a scam. They take your money and don't give you a ticket. All the other 1-star reviews say the same.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE. Called the actual airline company to see if they had me on a ticket through this company. They said they purchased it and backed it out 1 hour later. They never rebooked, but kept my money. I called them 3x's and they would lead you on saying the e-ticket will be emailed to you. The same email comes stating you will receive it in 24 hours. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU OVER!!

I give this place a zero I had scheduled a flight through them and they canceled the day before In was supposed to leave. They would not give me a reason and I have been trying to get my money back for a whole month and still no luck. I called to speak to a supervisor they will not allow me to talk to one, they will not even provide the address to the company. I am very upset it's been a month and I still have not received my money back. please don't book with these people they are a scam

I had to cancel my trip. I called customer service to ask for a credit towards a future flight. I was on hold for about 5 minutes and then directed straight to voice-mail. I gave my info explaining my problem. NO call back. I sent two emails asking for help. I did all of this before the trip date. I did not get a response until after the flight time had past. The email stated "Please allow us to inform you that your booking is past dated. Hence, we are sorry to inform you that no further action can be taken. What a SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET EXCUSES !!! STAY AWAY. paid for tickets, then through the airlines directly found out reservations were cancelled the same day. Requested refund, got nowhere, supervisor never returned repeated calls. They just take money and run. Based on the bad reviews that sound like my experience, I suspect all the good reviews are FAKE. All I want is my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

I booked a flight and NEVER received my e-ticket. Had to buy a last minute ticket at the airport and made it just as they were boarding the plane. They charged my card for a ticket I never got though. I called for a refund and the lady hung up on me. I called again and the next lady said that the transaction was voided and I should receive my money back within 7 days. I really doubt this is going to happen after seeing these reviews. If not then I'll be calling the BBB. Please don't get scammed people. BTW it was $175 for the flight on here (that I never got) and only $80 to buy the ticket at the airport last minute. I'll never use a site like this again.

Scam company wont return my calls or emails or give me my credit back after canceling a flight i booked on their website. After emailing me saying i would have that credit for future flights they will not respond or let me access it. SCAMMERS

I made a reservation for a trip with newtraveltrip and AA never received information. I had to go directly to AA and make reservation for my trip

You better stay away from these scammers. They are writing their own 5 star reviews. Everything said in these 1 star comments are completely true. You'll never get your e- tickets you guys. The same lady always answers customer service. Tells you the same lie over and over. I called their bluff and she didn't even deny it. Stay away from their website. ITS A FRAUD!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$$$.....

Stay away. These people are dishonest. They took my money , confirmed my flight was booked , but it was never booked and the airline did not have any record of the booking. NewTrip gave me a fake confirmation number. By the time I figured it out , it cost me much more to book the flight direct with the airline. Turns out the price NewTrip quoted me was higher than the amount the airline would have charged if I had booked direct. After I complained , NewTrip refused to take my calls or compensate .

Stay away.. These people are a scam.
If you cancel your ticket they issue you credit that you can only use by calling customer service. When you call customer service they say someone will call you back and no one ever does. I've been calling for the past three weeks to book tickets using the credit from my previous cancellation and still waiting for someone to call me.
Customer service is horrible and the people are very rude. They actually hang up the phone on you when you complain about their service.
It better to pay a few bucks more and purchase tickets with better established companies like priceline or expedia etc..
Everyone with bad experience with this company, please call BBB and complain until they take action on these frauds..

Don't fall for this travel company. I purchased my ticket 3 days ago and still have not received my eTicket. According to confirmation email, eTicket will be emailed shortly after the credit card verification has been completed, which the charge has already posted on my account. I called the day after I purchased the ticket and was told to wait 48 hrs. I waited 48 hours and still no eTicket. I called again and they said to wait "4-6 hours." Again no eTicket! I called for the 4th time, put me on hold and now they are saying I should receive it by Monday??? which is 4 days from now. This is a SCAM travel agency people.

My trip was booked with an incorrect name.
It is now been 4 days trying to get this changed.
The 1st time it was changed another mistake was made. Every time I called they say it will be 48 hr more
