If I could give them ZERO stars - I would. This company is a SCAM. They stole my money. The positive reviews are fake. It's easy to distinguish the real reviews (negative) from the fake ones; bad grammar, strange statements, etc. I purchased two roundtrip tickets for Alaska Airlines in June. My credit card was charged the day of purchase. The purchase confirmation email from Newtraveltrip stated that another email with e-tickets would follow shortly. A couple of weeks went by and no e-tickets had come. I called Newtraveltrip several times. Each time I was put on hold while the reps looked for my reservation, but the reps did not return to the phone call to speak with me after 15-20 minutes of waiting. A day before my flight, I tried to check in with Alaska Airlines. I was told by the Airline that I did have a reservation earlier in the month, but it had been cancelled because it had not been paid for! The flight was full and I had to book and pay for new airline tickets that were quite expensive because I had to buy them at the last minute. Newtraveltrip took my money but never paid for the tickets! I immediately disputed the charge through my VISA card and was credited the amount by VISA. Newtraveltrip left me a voicemail I could not understand; something about giving me my money back. They then emailed me, stating the following, "With reference to your travel dated 23-July-2021 we tried contacting you multiple times to update regarding the change , since we could not contact you we have cancelled your reservation and your amount has been refunded in full. The refund should be there in your account in the next 14 business days." I don't know what they were referring to about "the change". What change? Incidentally, their email is full of incorrect usage of grammar and punctuation which does not inspire confidence that this is a real company. I wish I had checked out Newtraveltrip online before using them. These scammers say they are crediting my card for the purchase. But it does not matter if they do or not, because they will now have to deal with VISA who already credited my purchase.

Unfortunately new travel trip has disappointed me I was trying to rebook a flight with a credit that I had through travel trip for Delta airlines and the process of me trying to utilize my credit several times I was hung up on by representatives and when questioning the representatives about the extra $120 that they insisted I needed to pay to upgrade my ticket with Delta airlines I refused while I refused the agent was on the other line while I was on hold and try to act as if he was my husband while on hold Delta airlines representative Miss Diane who's been there for 21 years called me and asked me to verify my phone number and email address because the new travel trip representative did not have it I was trying to access my account credit I will not recommend travel trip to anyone.

Waiting on a refund for over a month. They scammed me $60 SC and over charged an airline ticket. They are in bank fraud department and a letter to the State Department.

This company is a scam. They took our money for three airline tickets on June 23. Only July 26, they cancelled our flight for July 27 and offered a refund in 10-14 days. The money was removed from our bank account but it was never paid to American Airlines. The airline had our names in the system but said we had not paid. If we paid for the ticket in June? Why was the money never sent to the airline?

Booked a flight on April 27,2021, just days before my June 2, flight I get a call that they were not able to confirm my flight. They said they would refund me back to my card, as of July 27 this has not happened. Called them today, they said it is my card, they cannot get it to accept credit refund. The card is fine I use it almost daily. After almost three months I will be surprised if I ever see my money from them. I will never use New Travel Trip again (scam). They cost me 600.00 to rebook flight with short notice cancellation.

If I could give them no stars I would. When you Google cheap air flights and they come up DO NOT BOOK the flight. I booked it and they sent me a “confirmation” email. I happened call them to ask a general question and they said they cannot book the flight because Southwest would not confirm the price. Then they put me on hold as came back with a price of almost $400 more!!! I was totally screwed as I had rebooked all my shuttles etc. “Customer service” rep is foreign and I could barely understand him. Please do not book them and spread the word.

Wish there was an option of negative stars. My brother bought a ticket in March for a June trip. When he arrived at the airport the day of his departure, he was informed by WestJet that his flight was changed to the next day. It is the responsibility of the travel agencies to notified customers of any changes, he never received that from Newtraveltrip. Lucky WestJet had confirmation for his departure and they reissued him a new ticket.
Now comes the return ticket. When my brother arrived at airport for return home flight, WestJet counter was closed, no flights that day. We were lucky to find a WestJet agent, she was nice enough to check my brothers' ticket. She informed us his return ticket is not in their system. The flight reference number and date he was provided by Newtraveltrip does not exist. My brother called Newtrraveltrip and the guy told him they will need to do an investigation to see what happen. My brother had to be home the next day, so he can make it in time to start a new job. No help with finding him a new flight, nothing. He had to pay another $1000 Canada (includes baggage fees) to got on a 12am flight that night. This was June 9th, it's July 23 and still has not received any compensation for having to buy a new ticket, after he had to pay for a new one. Newtraveltrip is "still investigating".
This company needs to be shut down!

These people screwed me over, I bought a ticket through this agency and I got a confirmation email about my flight,I showed up at the airport to find out they over booked the flight and never sent me and email or text or anything to let me know I needed to by another ticket, which made me late for something I had to get back to, I called them about it and the lady was very rude and blamed me for the whole situation, would not recommend flying with agency

100% a scam. My girlfriend “booked” our flights with them, they didn’t send tickets after two days. She called and a foreigner gave her an unconvincing explanation. My girlfriend then said “this sounds like a scam. I’m calling my credit card company” and was promptly hung up on. Don’t do it. We ended up getting the exact flights we “booked” for almost exactly the same cost through United.

Booked a flight with them June 23rd, 2021, 2 economy seats.paid.no e-ticket recieved. had to cancel after 1 day to land at another location. Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

The worst company I've ever dealt with...it's been 6 days I still have no ticket...I call and I get someone in a different country answering the phone I can't understand a word they say..my account has been charged but I don't have my ticket a week later...there is no customer service...I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy...I've called and tried to remedy this 5 times and I get the same answer...wait till tomorrow morning... I've waited for 3 mornings now...I gave the first 2 days as benefit of doubt. But now it's getting old...it wouldn't let me give no stars

Bait and switch, paid for two round trip tickets approximately $500, found out you have to pay additional for carry on baggage, check in baggage, cost for seat and airport costs and taxes. It cost me an additional 249 dollar each way (almost $500) RIP OFF…

I purchased my 80 year old mother a ticket on Juky 6th. Today is July 13th, I've called and emailed numerous times as she has yet to receive her eticket.
Each person I spoke with said she'd receive it within 24 hours... then I read the reviews. I hope these a**holes ROT!

My 80 year old mother just retired 2 weeks ago. She wanted to go visit her 82 year old sister having health issues! Now shes out $862.40 and that really PISSES ME OFF!

This is a SCAM! I booked a flight that I canceled immediately because I had the wrong date. They told me I would get my money refunded in 7-10 business days. I have confirmations and all. I have been checking my account and have been calling multiple times to see what’s going on with my refund status and I keep getting the run around. My flight was $209.11 and they were only trying to refund me $37.98. Which I didn’t get either so I called again and demanded to speak to supervisor. They said refund info was pending and supervisor would contact me in 24 hours. DO NOT BOOM FLIGHTS THROUGH THEM!!!!

"NEWTRAVELTRIP IS A SCAM!" IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTH TO THIS DATE SINCE I CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE RECIEVED FALSE APOLOGIES AND EXCUSES AND LIES THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN ESCULATED. WHO ESCULATES A REFUND FOR $120.00? AM I AN IDIOT?!!! THE TIME AND RESOURCES WASTED TO STEAL $120.00 I'M LUCKY COMPARED TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE REALLY BEEN TAKEN BY THESE LOW-LIFE SCAMMERS. GET A REAL JOB!

SCAM!!! Do not use, my mother used them and found out the day before they never booked the ticket they charged her for. Their support line keep saying the price of the ticket changed so you owe more money. No supervisor and they either hang up or leave you on hold for 30 minutes. Need to dispute charge on credit card STAY AWAY!!!

SCAM!!! I purchased a ticket and they charged my card then canceled the seat. I've been trying for 4 months to get my $459 back. They are not legit!

Scam Scam Scam!! Flight was supposed to be for 3PM, go to check in flight was "supposedly changed to 8am with no notification. Nothing they can do! Absolute Rip Off!!
