I’ve tried using Botanique with underwhelming results, and immediately could tell that the Newtiful Eye Pods were making more of an impact. Soon after I purchased, one pod began to not hold a charge. Levi in their customer service department helped me through the process of getting a replacement pair very quickly and easily… 10/10 service which is rare these days. Will recommend!

I got a notice that the product had been delivered and I had never received it. I sent one email to customer service and, no questions asked, they sent out another product.
Noticing a big difference after just a few 10 minute a day sessions and their customer service is excellent as well. Impressed with the speed of its arrival and the quality is what I expected.
This is a bait and switch. Checkout alone took over 40 mins cause after you enter your payment info they purposefully put you through a set of painful videos to watch and scare you by telling you dont exit or hit the back button so you dont get double charged. That should have been the first red flag as they try to sell you several other products. Now I am not sure how well the product works a s I should have seen the trust pilot reviews before purchasing. Seems to be a lot of complaints about defective device and shipping time. I will write another review once and if I receive the products. But my first impression of the checkout process is abysmal and disappointing. To force folks to sit through sales videos and threaten to charge their card if they close the video as rhe order is not complete yet is disgusting. This will be my last purchase as I can not sit through such videos again. Waste of my time. I am not even eager to try the product as I am already fuming at the check out process. Trust pilot needs to look at the site itself. The checkout process is ridiculous regardless of if a customer purchases or not. Its a bait and switch. Any reputable company should have all info upfront rather than scare people into watching a sales video. I had to scramble to lock my cards just in case. Company should know better. If you trust your products then their is no need for the overwhelming sales tactics. Your customers will champion your products but as you can see the company is skeptical about their product. No confidence in its worth. Checkout should take no less than one minutes. 40 minutes is outrageous. I will never get those wasted minutes back. Every minute was agonizing as I was not prepared for it. I had places to go and had to sit through countless pages of products I did not want just to check out. Make it make sense.

The device seems to be working after I have used it for about 2 weeks. My eyebag seem to have improved. However there are 2 areas to take note of:
1) The gel need to be replace after each use and is expensive. In the long run, it will cost more that the device!
2) The device produced a “green colour” substance after 10 mins of usage on one of the metal tip and can be seen clearly on the translucent gel (this review does not allow photos attachment which I can show). Wonder what it is. Toxic?
And lastly, forget about after sales. There is no response AT ALL. I messaged them 3 times to stop my gel subscription but no one responded at all to-date.

Finally, I heard from Newtiful support on my feedback with the EyePods™ and the gel pad subscription. We will try to agree on an amicable outcome.

I haven't received the product yet, but the order placing process pushes you really hard to add extras with a countdown video saying 'your order is not complete yet' and 'don't navigate away from this page or your card may be charged twice'

Preferred pods and pads. Took forever on shipping. Delivered to wrong address. Returned to warehouse. Never resent or gave when item would be received. Requested to cancel order and get refund. No response

I had mild malar bags due to allergies to cats. After using the eye pods for 2 weeks, it’s almost gone. Should have taken a before and after pics. Sadly I didn’t.
I canceled the order before it arrived but you shipped it anyway but I never recieved it. Newtiful has since followed up and is offering a full refund with deep apologies. The shipping company left it at a wrong address. No fault of Newtifuls. All Good.

So far my experience is positive. I’m patiently waiting for results. I have been using it regularly and I’m getting the impression something is happening because of all the vibrations, however, no real results to speak about yet, but it has only been about 3 weeks.
SECOND UPDATE: The company sent another email asking me to update and delete my review before I receive a full refund. They said, “you have our word” that they will refund me once I take down the review. Not exactly the response I have been hoping for.
UPDATE: the company will only refund my money if I remove my review. I’m happy to provide a pleasant update after the company refunds my purchase. I have been asking since February 2025.
I would like to give them zero stars. I purchased the eyepods in January and was dissatisfied with the product. The gel pads kept slipping, and the pods would not stay intact. The company made me send a video showing how I placed them on, etc. I was well within my 90 day return period and wanted to return them. I had to pay $45 to have them shipped back and the package was returned to me after being held in customs for months. Ten months later, I am still waiting my refund. The company also sent a courier to pick up my product and it was returned back to me. Still no refund. Terrible customer service and terrible product.

Did not vibrate - no customer service - no phone number - terrible - You can't even speak to a human - all AI - what a joke. I asked for a replacement - I only had this for 6 days - it does not work!!! they want a video are you kidding me???

Although the product didn't perform as planned, when I returned the sets of Eye Pods, the customer service team was very kind and refunded my money.
My original product did not take a charge, but the customer service team was able to issue me a full refund for my product.

Got my first set of eyepods which tarnished after 2 months. newtiful sent me a replacement which also tarnished. I wrote to them with photos of the tarnished eyepods (2nd set) and their office told me they will ship me a new product in development. i then disposed the tarnished eyepods. No news after a few months so i emailed them again. now they informed me that they cannot do a refund or replacement without a video when i had already disposed the item. They cannot even sell a proper product . i don’t have time to follow up with emails after every eyepod. don’t buy the products, it is terrible when it tarnishes.
update 15 Oct 25: Newtiful rep contacted me by email after seeing this review and say they can offer 50% refund only after I remove or update the review . I told them I am unable to delete or update the review if nothing has been done as it would not be ethical. They agreed but did not provide any further action and there was no further email in the following week, so I would consider the matter closed and stand by my 1 star rating.

I've only had them a couple of days and my eye bags already look better. Very hopeful that with time these will actually get rid of the bags. My first pair didn't work,but this company stood behind their product and sent me a replacement quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase.
I was eager to try the product however the adhesive pads are IMPOSSIBLE to use. They don't adhere and are difficult to separate from the white backing. Horrible product.
zWould love a refund but no plan to contact . Typical junk product.
