One of the device wasn't working…

One of the device wasn't working properly but AJ solved it very quickly by asking me to send her a vdo so I did and now im getting a new device hopefully on the way soon thank youuuuuu so much for getting back and answering emails as quick as you did 😀

Replacement of my unit

I reached to the unit malfunctioning and Christine assisted me in making things right. She went over and beyond her call of duty to make sure everything went smooth and very easy. She is a very pleasant person to work with. She is truly an asset not to mention a keeper 🫶🏼

Christine was my customer service…

Christine was my customer service representative, she responded via email within an hour on the first email request and then followed up every 15 minutes on my email replies back.....WOW! Honestly I was blown away at the speed, understanding of my issue and professionalism. 1 of my eye pods would not vibrate and Christine is sending me 2. I'm really impressed with the level of customer service Newtiful is providing for their product. Simple problem.....I wasn't sure if they would replace or not. I have confidence in this stand up company now........thanks Christine!

I ordered the eye pods kit with the eye…

I ordered the eye pods kit with the eye serum, and unfortunately, the pod didn’t work for me. I needed to return it for the reimbursement and with it being located in China, it would cost me $200 to send it back via ups. The post office would not accept any item that has lithium or any kind of batteries due to safety. I contacted the company and AJ was so helpful in helping me work out a solution. She was prompt with her reply, courteous and kind. I appreciate AJ’s support very much. One we came to an agreement, I promptly received a 50% refund without returning the item.

Very good customer service

Prompt responses and addressed questions and requests quickly. I did not like how the online ordering process seemingly forced you to watch videos ahead of completing your order and was not very clear on what was needed and what came with the eyepods. Thanks to their customer service, those concerns were addressed as well.

SCAM, waste of money

SCAM, the company will not honor the money back guarantee and the products are ineffective TOTAL SCAM, BUYER BEWARE. YOUD BE BETTER OFF PUTTING YOUR MONEY IN A PAPER SHREDDER

My left pod didnt seem to be charging…

My left pod didnt seem to be charging correctly. I tried several different things to make sure I was doing things correctly before I got with customer service. Christine listened and reviewed my process. She agreed and sent a brand new set of eye pods. It was simple and easy to work with Christine. I received my new set yesterday 3/18. Looking forward to restarting the process and seeing results soon.

Just as advertised

Just as advertised, I’ve only had it for a week, so I’m just now starting to use it, but it’s very easy and exactly as advertised… Can’t wait to see results like of the other users have described in their reviews… I’m a believer! Thank you!

The Eye Pods are a great concept and so…

The Eye Pods are a great concept and so far I have seen positive results. The muscle stim definitely works and I found the red setting to give me the best results. It might be a little jarring for someone who hasn't used any sort of muscle stim device before but you get used to it. I have had some issues with some of the gel pads being defective (not sticking to the Eye Pods) but I contacted customer service and AJ was very helpful in getting me replacements. It takes some time to get the backing off the gel pads and adhere them to the Eye Pods. I think that system is the one area of opportunity for improvement. If they can develop an easier process for getting the gels onto the eye pods without so much hassle, this product would be a home run.

Fantastic customer service and after sales care

I have been using the pods for c.6 weeks, I’m not sure if they are working for me yet, but I intend to use for sometime to see if I get a breakthrough. Absolutely nothing else has worked to date. If it does work I will leave another review. What I’m writing about now is the fantastic customer service. One of the pods stopped working properly. Within an hour I got a response to my mail and within 1 day ( which I suspect also included time zone differences) a replacement unit was issued. Esther was so helpful, professional and encouraging, it was a pleasure speaking with her.

Love the massaging effect I get from…

Love the massaging effect I get from them. It’s a funny feeling at first but you get used to it. My sticky pads only last for like one use if that. Not sure why I was n dry my face. Maybe I just have oiler skin than I think. I haven’t seen any changes with my under eyes that’s why Inonly gave it 4 stars.

I had some initial issues with my unit…

I had some initial issues with my unit so I reached out to Newtiful and Christine responded so quickly! She has emailed me with suggestions and I believe that we have come to a great conclusion.

If I didn’t believe in the product, I would have just returned it but I’m excited about the results. Customer service with Christine was EXCEPTIONAL! You don’t find that kind of of response time or assistance these days. 5 stars!
