New Skills Academy Reviews 

I paid for and completed a course on here and then paid a further £15 to have a certificate sent to me. The certificate was paid for on July 1st and it is now September 18th and I still have not received it despite countless emails. Their customer service has been nothing short of abhorrent and I won't be giving them any more of my money!

Not to mention some of what was written in the course I took (Diploma for Animal Behaviour) actually had some false information regarding animals, suggesting giving cats milk when recent evidence shows most cats are actually lactose intolerant and saying that gerbils are bigger than hamsters when that's actually the other way around, etc

I haven’t been able to access some of the courses that I wanted due to problems with logging in.

I signed up to new skills Academy for one year that as my subscription is now cancelled I can no longer access any of my courses. It does state in their policy that you have a lifetime access to your courses however this is not true as I have no access to any of them anymore there is nothing that I can see that you lose your lifetime access if you have unlimited learning, this has been an absolute waste of money and time on my behalf. They want me to join and pay for another whole year this is very misleading for that reason I’m giving it a very poor review

The courses are well structured making it easy to learn.

I stumbled upon this website while searching for an aesthetics course and ended up learning so much more. Their courses were well taught and easy to follow along . I would definitely recommend New Skills Academy to anyone looking for either a new career path or to increase their knowledge base.

My experience with new skills academy has been amazing. I managed to do so many courses and gain lots of different knowledge on various things. New skills academy has helped me realise what career I’d like to go into. I’ll forever be thankful. I have had to cancel my subscription simply due to other priorities and having to spend money elsewhere. I would highly recommend the subscription though!

I think the website is easy to use, but I sometimes can’t find my courses online.

I began utilizing the New Skills Academe over a year ago, and I have found the annual subscription to be highly beneficial. The platform offers a wide variety of courses across multiple industries, with no time restrictions on completion, allowing for flexible learning at your own pace. I have completed numerous courses, including some to gain a better understanding of the roles my colleagues perform in a clinical setting. Primarily focusing on the administrative aspects of the organization, this experience has enhanced my ability to provide support in clinical areas when needed.

In addition to benefiting my daily work environment, successfully completing each course and earning a recognized certification has provided a meaningful sense of accomplishment.

I highly recommend New Skills Academy to anyone seeking to expand their knowledge across various sectors.

Great platform with excellent courses that are easy to use and very useful. You can dip in and out at a time to suit you and your progress is saved,

The certificated courses are very good underlayed, with very good structured handouts! Easily to follow in your own time. Clear videos explanations. I can recommend it for anyone.

Great courses designed to fully encompass all aspects of learning in chosen subject. Learning at your own pace and time is a win/win.

The courses are so informative and interesting,has loads of interesting facts and videos and quizzes,I don’t regret a single second of signing up to this organisation and I renew my subscription every year

I have studied on and off with New skills academy over the last 2 years using a variety of their courses and I totally 100% recommend. Studying with new skills academy has helped me develop and further the skills and knowledge I already had and has taught me so much! With all the courses I have done, my CV has grown and I am able to work towards my dream job with having the extra qualifications.

The courses are interesting and some details but it's a little difficult to claim they are great for supporting career pivots. I never received the printed certificates, and the points are similar to those in Duolingo. Personally felt that many of the course were not supportive.

Although on a positive note the inclusivity of the course to listen to the information was useful .
I would not pay for the ultimate subscription again as little value to my choice. But f you just want to learn a small snippet of something without a full recognized qualification then sure.
You would be better going to Coursera or something similar
