Diane Webb was very helpful when I opened an additional account for an elderly relative as I enjoy their service myself.

Rang to query my invoice. Spoke to Alexandra who was really helpful and explained their “quirky” billing procedure well, with a smile and a sympathetic tone. I’d previously had contact with them as they had misdelivered papers - again they dealt with this very professionally.

Wanted to pay my bill and put a holiday stop on my papers,took me couple of minutes to get through spoke to a very nice lady Lilla all sorted in less than 5 mins.Very easy to sort out.thankyou Lilla.

I am very happy to be with newsgroup I get my daily news delivered early so I can see it with my breakfast I had to make a for a no delivery and my call was handled by Jane Moss who was most helpful. I hope their good service carries on Wilf Jones MBE

DO NOT use this company to deliver your papers unless you want to fall out with all
your neighbours. We don’t use this company but someone a few houses down does and it is persistently getting delivered to us instead despite several phone calls, most of which don’t get responded to or you get put on hold for hours. They deliver at 5am, activating the ring doorbell waking the house up and on occasions even ringing the bell. Three times this week so far! Their customer service is appalling at best and usually non existent when trying to contact to prevent this happening. Avoid at all costs!

Newsgroupdirect has given me better success downloading the stuff I want to download than any other provider. 6000 day old stuff is readily available and that amazes me.

Really fast usenet service! Have used them for over ten years!

Do not trust this useless Company. Had nothing but problems with paper delivery. Trying to speak to some one is a nightmare, no one wants to know.

I want to thank Brent from support for the amazing support and patience he had with me yesterday. I had a hard time configuring the extra servers for the triple play and he helped me out even though I made things difficult.

NGD has been a lifesaver! The plans with Supernews and Vipernews backbones save me a ton of money because I don't need to pay for additional servers to find everything I'm looking for. Customer for life

Terrific service! Been a customer for 3 years with only one issue and the support team on Dec 4 and they solved it within an hour of me submitting a ticket.

I could not be more impressed. The actual owner of the company responded to my support question when I had a hard time figuring out how to get setup. Very impressive when the owners of companies get involved and face the customers.

And the service is fast as well.

This company is amazing! I bought the grand slam plan on Black Friday weekend which gave me access to UsenetExpress, Usenet Farm, Super News, and Vipernews backbones. I have not had any misses since then! I just cancelled my Eweka account since it’s not picking up anything anymore.

I bought the "grand slam" deal on black Friday and I am very happy with the service so far. It took me a minute to figure out how to get all four accounts setup in my rig, but the support team was able to help me out very quickly.

I love the triple play! Got turned on to this special plan at Newsgroupdirect and now I have access to Usenet Express, Giganews, and Vipernews all in one plan. I hardly ever miss anything in my Prowlarr stats now.

Signed up for Triple play on Black Friday but had issues with the implementation. Support team was on the spot and got me fixed right away.

fast speeds and multiple provider packages make this a great provider to handle all your needs

Only had to contact support once and they were quickly able to help with my misconfiguration.

Signed up for "NGD" this week. I misconfigured my news reader setup and thought the issue with my provider but when I submitted a support ticket, the support tech was very quick and easy to work with. Took no time at all to find my problem (that I had screwed it up). The service has worked perfectly ever since.

Not recommended. they take money and don't provide account details to use service... no response on emails. scam.

NewsgroupDirect is their own backbone which helps give the usenet more stability and variety. Their service has always been solid for me and the price match anyone.
