I have ordered some items from this store. The items have been shipped the very next day and everything arrived in a short period of time. One item was not of quality I expected (factory mistake), but the staff in the store have been full of understanding and accepted to send the replacement item at no further costs. So, I am perfectly satisfied with the experience with this store, from the communication to their stuff, the way they solved the problem, shipment.... I warmly recommend this store!

Everything went perfect after ordering Otto, the dachshund wit LED-light from Serralunga.
Delivered to the Netherlands within time as predicted, vey nice price, keeping me up to date from order to delivery.

not accurate shipping information
Items stating 2-3 weeks, after 6 weeks, I gave up and cancelled. Also, purchased an item with a $200 shipping cost, a month later they abrubtly cancelled the order stating shipping was actually a fixed amount of $800. Delivery of the few items i received was well packed and shipped quickly. Update your website with actual shipping dates and costs.

Ordered from the UK. Although there was a delay of about 5 days in getting the item in stock, I was kept informed. Parcel arrived well packaged and earlier than predicted. Total of 12 days from order to delivery. which considering it had to go through customs, I thought was fine.
