It is always comforting knowing when we travel to New Orleans to catch our cruises we can trust New Orleans Parking.
They check you in quickly and the shuttle drivers are always very pleasant and accommodating. The baggage handlers do a wonderful job at getting us loaded to get us to our port quickly.

website is NOT intuitive or easy to use when it comes to CRUISE versus HOTEL parking. I am glad there are rates for both, but wish it was more obvious that there are options.
I emailed and left a phone message 2 weeks ago, then received an automated response that I would hear back within a DAY? Wow, longggg day?! No response from either medium.

Fulton Parking Rocks
The people who work at Fulton Parking (New Orleans Parking) have always been great to us, even jumping off a dead battery when we disembarked our cruise ship only to find a dead car in the midst of winter. Good people, friendly and professional.
I did used to have some issues with the website being obstinate but those glitches are gone. It's much easier to book our reservation now. Highly recommended.
