If you receive an error message
Everything was fine in booking the reservation until at the end I received an error message and was told to "try again". Yet when I checked my account and my credit card, the reservation was booked and paid for. If I had followed the instructions, I would have booked another reservation. So, my advice is if you receive an error message, check your account before you try again.

When I made my reservation online the website displayed a message that said there was a problem with the transaction, but I went back in and saw the reservation in my account record and then received an email receipt for my payment so I think everything is OK, but that error message caused a little concern.

Website misleading - error message when successful
I booked the parking and got an error that the transaction didn't go through. So I tried it again and got the same error. Then I checked my email and saw that it actually was successful. Twice. Now I have two identical bookings.

Easy to do
Easy to do. However after I clicked to confirm my reservation, it says technical difficulties and someone is working on it. It did not confirm my reservation. But it did complete. Glad I looked and I did not do it again and be charged twice.

We paid for parking online
We paid for parking online. We arrived at the site (very tired from the long drive) and the attendant tells us our vehicle is "too tall." This was just a standard suv. Nowhere in the website that warns about suv being too tall. It's very frustrating because now we have to find parking (at night, in New Orleans). Service fee is non refundable too-- even though it's not our fault.

Don’t Believe the last screen!
Ending screen showed Something Went Wrong and try again later…however I was charged and got emails with receipts showing reservation numbers and confirmation!
