What an absolute scam!
I sent for a blood test for erectile difunction.
They sent a report to tell me my cholesterol was a bit high.
Keep well away.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME 16.99 EVERY MONTH FOR PRODUCT I HAVE NEVER AUTHORIZED AND THEY HAVE NEGLECTED TO STOP EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP VIA EMAIL ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU CANNOT KEEP SCAMMING PPL

If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. This is the worst company I have ever come across. Dont waste your money or time trying this out because they try to scam you. The customer service is below trash, and I hope this company goes to crap because this is not how you run a company.

I wish I would’ve done more research and read reviews before I made an order. I hope other people don’t make the same mistake as me. Do not order anything from this company. There’s a reason why they won’t let you write reviews on their Facebook page. This company sucks

I would give negative stars if possible. I now have a recurring subscription that I did not want and their web page for managing your subscription just leads to a "page not found" error. They did contact me from my text after a couple of days but NOTHING was done and I keep getting the recurring payments. I will be calling my bank to put a stop because this company will NOT stop those payments for you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

A fraudulent subscription fee is tacked onto any purchase under a promotional offer, effectively doubling (or tripling, or worse!) the cost of the initial product purchased with nothing in return.

Ordered something on sell. Never came (waited a month) now they forced me into a subscription without my consent.

My order was late but they communicated with me and the product is great.

Ordered a beard straightener on (10/2/2020) and it has been a full month and no update on the product. I've constantly checked the UPSP status and it's been in the warehouse the entire month. They also trick you into buying a subscription product and you can't cancel the subscriptions yourself. You have to email them to cancel it, which is a complete joke. I've called, emailed, texted, and no response. If I don't receive a response sooner or later, going to dispute it to my bank to receive my money because this is ridiculous. Please for the love of God, do not buy from this site unless you want to get scammed. I also rarely ever give bad reviews, so this review ain't bs.

Ordered a beard straightener. Month and a half went by and nothing. Asked for refund, was told no because their refund policy is 6 hours lol. Of you see this, just dispute it with your bank and force a refund like I did.

The worst shipping department. Its been a month since I ordered my product and they havent even shipped it out yet. The only answer I get is "I will make sure your product ships out by the end of the week". Well its been 3 weeks and still nothing has been shipped out. This company is a joke. And forget about getting a refund because "its against our policy". They make you pay $23 for shipping then dont ship you anything. They are a joke.

Customer service with this company is a joke and after ordering 1 item its been 2 weeks and they've just now created a shipping label but nothing has shipped. I could have ordered the same product from Amazon for the same price (or less), come to find out and it would have been here last week.

Ordered via their eBay store. I was grateful for the multibuy discount seeing as I was only buying 2 products. Their range is pretty good, saw a few things not stocked by other UK based retailers and the prices were very reasonable even before the discount. No charge for postage either.

My order arrived 3 days after placing it. Can’t fault that.
The 2 hair styling products I bought are excellent. Never tried them before - one was Baxter’s of California Clay Pomade, the other Black Label Craft Clay (which contains bentonite and unlike most other clays I’ve used is also black/ash-grey coloured). They are much better than similar products you can buy on the high street.

I’d definitely recommend Newmen.

Bought a Captain Fawcett Razor and leather case for my Husband for Christmas. Unfortunately after opening the Razor, he noticed the razor was broken and couldn't use it. I emailed them and sent pictures of the faulty item and they quickly sent us a replacement. Very happy with the customer service I received from Michael at Newmen. Thank you.

Poor Customer service and the product arrived late whilst they had to "resend it"after I complained. I called Royal Mail after the delivery date and they said they didn't have my order meaning they probably weren't planning on sending it in the first place. Looking at other reviews they look like they do this to many other customers swell.

Horrible customer service. They take ages to respond and it's very difficult to get anything out of them. If there are any problems with your order, you will be in massive pain trying to resolve them.

My purchase was made on Amazon and I assume this is the same company?

Was Quick delivery. Around two working days packed in a Jiffy bag.

The clay itself is pretty good, there's a hint of fudge in the smell, strong hold, yet still being reworkable. Only criticism is that it is overpriced as a product.

Terrible customer service and poor communication. Product appears to have been sent to the wrong address which they refuse to accept any responsibility for, despite the fact I paid through PayPal with a verified address. PayPal are now investigating. Customer service appear to be dragging their heels. I would never suggest buying from this company to anyone. Absolutely zero ability to contact them by phone. No number anywhere online. It’s all slow emails with days in between replies.

Edit: the company has now taking to replying to all bad customers claiming we’ve reviewed the wrong company and to remove their reviews. We didn’t. We’re not stupid. We all purchased from .co.uk website. I only ever order from UK based websites. I spoke to them on phone. They were British. Trying to fix reviews shows the quality of the site.

I ordered Blumaan Cavalier clay 11 days ago, they sent it the same day i ordered and gave me tracking number that existed. Order was supposed to arrive within 2-3 working days as i ordered on friday so i waited till wednesday and when nothing came i texted them on thursday as they replied next day that there was a mistake so they resent it to me and if first arrived then i can keep both and as i asked for tracking they ignored it, then after 10 days they told me that blumaan delivery was delayed and they gonna send it 12 days after i ordered, i texted back that i want to cancel my order and get money back they left me on read. Assuming, i have no product, no money and no contact from them also they lied to me ar least 3 times. Totally would not recommend.
