I saw they had a holiday in Iceland with a chance to see the Northern Lights, something I’ve always wanted to see. I decided to ring them because I have had very good phone calls with them in the past. Using the call back button I was called within a minute and a very friendly and efficient responder answered all my questions and booked exactly the experience I hope for.

A spectacular trip touring…
A spectacular trip touring Trentino-Alto Adige. Every detail was perfecto. Day trips via bus, train, funicular and cable car with three days to spend as you wished. Molvino is beautiful. Hotel was brilliant with breathtaking views. The tour guide Mariangela was excellent and shared valuable information each day to enhance greatly our stay thank you. Would definitely recommend.

A very well organised tour from start…
A very well organised tour from start to finish. Our tour guide, Beverley, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable on Krakow and her delivery is very engaging and humorous. Bev always went above and beyond, for instance when we met her off duty in town and asked for recommendations for food, sites to look at etc. Krakow was an excellent place to visit, steeped in history, could easily have stayed a few more days, and of course the more sombre obligatory visit to Auschwitz Birkenau. Great holiday and thank you Beverley!

5 days in Krakow
We had 5 days in Krakow thanks to Newmarket compensating us with vouchers after our Peru trip in 2025 had issues beyond Newmarket’s control. Very generous of them.
Our Newmarket agent in Krakow was Beverley, such a friendly, kind natured woman with extensive local knowledge. Beverley was a caring woman with the clients interest at heart. She’s very well versed in Krakow from historical facts to best restaurants! Always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much for her. Newmarket are very lucky to have her!!

A Reassuringly easy, comfortable full on experience.
Apart from a minor administrative hiccup with the logging on details ( no email address given) everything was straightforward. From the moment we met Beverly everyone went into immediate relaxation mode. She took control and breezed us through every experience. She made us feel assured and protected. We felt she went above and beyond to help and to keep us informed. She shared her extensive knowledge of not only the experiences but of the area it's history and it's customs but lots of tips that guided us from being caught out, like the better places for currency exchange. All the transfers were on time, safe clean and comfortable. Beverlys added interesting commentary of local interest as we traveled made every journey a treat.
The hotel was perfect in everyday. Rooms were compact but clean with all essentials catered for. We very much enjoyed the trip and would, and have, recommend Newmarket to others.

Good experience
I phoned because I had some questions about a christmas trip. I spoke to Neil who was very helpful, he answered all my questions. The booking was easy and he was polite and courteous all through. This will be our second trip with the company.

Fantastic guide
The booking process was very straightforward although it wasn’t always easy to find the details of the holiday once booked.
The holiday was excellent. Hotel was in a great position and all the tours were really well organised with excellent guides.
Our guide Bev was considerate, informative, helpful, funny and efficient. She made the holiday really.

Agent was helpful
My main reason for 4 star rather than 5 is the single supplement charge, which was nearly £300 and this just gets me a smaller single room
The single supplement should make up for the other half cost of the double room. But aparently, it does not. Most hotels sell rooms at a room rate. Disappointing but hoping the trip will be good.

A great trip to Belfast with Newmarket and guide Tony
A great trip to Belfast with Newmarket. Appreciated the prompt and helpful assistance when our flight was cancelled at short notice. Tony, our tour manager and guide was great. From his reassuring welcome text confirming numbers and giving transfer instructions, his texts and very reassuring phone call regarding our changed travel arrangements and advice on obtaining a taxi to our hotel to his friendliness, efficiency, incredible knowledge, story telling and jokes and recommendations. He packed as much as possible into our tours and at each pick up would run ahead of the coach to gather everyone before the coach arrived. A great asset to the company ably assisted by coach driver Martin.
