I was having a terrible time navigating my name change with TSA precheck before I realized that I had 1:1 support from NewlyNamed. So even though I ordered and finalized my box a few months ago I was able to email my question and Marielle got back to me before I got off of hold trying to figure it out myself! I have utilized the 1:1 email support and have had amazing results.

Marielle was so exceedingly helpful! I had specific questions and she walked me through step by step with patience and understanding! It was easy and friendly even for this older person who is not well versed in technology. Painless compared to organizing all these name changes myself!

I am so impressed with this company. I am in the process of reverting to my maiden name for a number of reasons. Even before I signed on with newlynamed, Irene, one of the customer service representatives got me started in the right direction. From my zip code, she provided me with the exact process I needed to pursue. Based on Irene's advice, I went to my family court and the legal process unfolded perfectly. Within a week, my paperwork was done. Now I am eager to receive my newlynamed resource box so I can tackle the notifications I need to make. As a not-very-organized person, I am thrilled to have a roadmap for the next steps. What a relief to have this support!

This was so easy to make an account and receive the proper documents to help me change my name newlynamed also includes how to change your name on account I didn't even think of. While going through the process of making my account I have several questions and their support team was amazing! I spoke with Irene who replied to my email well within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to speak with a robot or have to jump through hoops to try ti speak to an actual person. Shout-out to Irene for the amazing work and helping to make my stress levels go waaayy down.
