New Life Teeth, - first class facility & service.
Prior to commencing procedure at New Life Teeth, I conducted extensive research of 5 providers across central belt of Scotland, not only did New Life Teeth come in at the lowest quote- less than half the price quoted by two other facilities, & several thousand pounds cheaper than the other two, but more importantly had the highest scoring in Trust Pilot & other reviewers.
From initial meetings& consultation with Kayleigh, Office Manager, & Gregor, the dentist who performed initial treatment, you immediately felt at ease & comfortable
with the process being explained.
From initial treatment last August, through a number of checkups, to final fitting last week,
the service provided was faultless & exceptional, by all staff at the clinic.
I cannot recommend New Life Teeth highly enough.

I recently completed successful life changing dental surgery.
I recently completed full upper and lower dental arch replacement treatment with New Life Teeth, finishing in March 2026, and I can honestly say I am absolutely delighted with the outcome.
From start to finish, the staff were professional, caring, and incredibly supportive throughout what was, at times, a very challenging process involving two major surgeries. Halfway through my treatment I unfortunately suffered an unrelated medical issue, and the team were extremely accommodating and understanding during a difficult period.
As someone who has spent almost a lifetime avoiding the dentist and who was unable to have sedation, this was not an easy journey for me. However, James, Abtin, Kirsty and the entire team took exceptional care of me every step of the way, and the end result is fantastic — far beyond what I could have hoped for.
I especially want to mention my Treatment Co-ordinator, Ruth, who was an absolute angel throughout the whole process. Whenever I struggled, she supported me with calmness, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I honestly don’t think I could have gone through this surgery without her reassurance and outstanding support as a nervous patient.
The staff at New Life Teeth have been brilliant throughout, and I would wholeheartedly recommend New Life Teeth to anyone considering this type of dental implant surgery. The care, professionalism, and support I received made a life-changing experience far easier than I ever imagined possible.

From the initial meet and treatment plan explanation every interaction was highly professional, friendly and respectful. The surgery was carried out by Stuart and then i had Clare and Lynn look after me on the many appointments checking progress and ensuring any new temps were the correct fit. Every visit was a pleasure and they are excellent at their jobs, very professional and friendly, bit of light banter helps the process.
The communication from Nicole in reception and Georgia on up and coming appointments is fantastic, you are reminded via text and email and if there is anything in between they will ensure you are seen at the earliest opportunity. The service is second to none and Im so happy I decided to use NLT in Belfast. I am delighted with my finals which were finished yesterday.

I recently completed cosmetic dental treatment at New Life Dental, including veneers and crowns, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

I can honestly say New Life Teeth Manchester have been amazing. I’ve always had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, so I was nervous even booking the first appointment. But from the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable as they could and never judged me at all.
I was quite a complex case, and I’d been worried I might not even be able to get treatment, but everything was explained in a really simple, reassuring way. They took the time to go through all my options and made sure I felt confident before moving forward.
The whole team are so friendly and supportive, and they really look after you every step of the way. It has been quite a long journey for me (around 8 months) but the team ensure that you get the very best results.

New teeth Northwood clinic
I had a consultation this morning with new life teeth with the implant surgeon Dr Lee this included a free check up and a scan .i went in expecting to hear I needed full implants because of an opinion I had elsewhere . Lee honestly advised me to hang on to my own teeth for as long as possible and still had a few years left yet. Considering they could have recommended treatment costing thousands of euros . I am genuinely impressed by their honesty and professionalism it was such a relief to hear as I have had some issues over the years I very much appreciate not feeling pressured into unnecessary work for now

Having made the decision to have implant surgery, I chose New Life Teeth at the start of my journey, and from my very first assessment I was incredibly impressed by both their compassion and expertise.
I have just had the operation, which was by far the most fearful part of this journey for me. It involved the extraction of 8 upper teeth, placement of 4 implants with a temporary bridge, as well as an additional implant in my lower jaw.
On the day, Emily, the dental nurse, and Louis, the dental surgeon, were absolutely outstanding. The care, reassurance, and support they showed me throughout the 2.5-hour procedure was exceptional. Their expertise made the whole process feel so much easier than I had imagined. Louis’ attention to detail was meticulous, and his professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout. I can honestly say the 2.5 hours flew by, and I don’t even recall the extractions.
I left with a full bag of support medication, along with clear aftercare instructions that were thoroughly explained to me. Ruth, the implant coordinator, has also been fantastic — supporting me with information and answering all my questions from our very first meeting right up to the operation itself.
This is a huge decision for anyone, and I would not hesitate to recommend New Life Teeth. My journey is not over yet, but now that the “worst” part is behind me, I have absolutely no doubts about the quality of care and support I’ll continue to receive through to my final implants.

I had been ashamed of my teeth for most of my life, even when I was in my early 30s I hated my teeth. Always was scared of the dentist. Thankfully I came across NLT after researching implants for a long time.

Refused any treatment at all!
After planning to get implants for several years, and finally getting the money together, I got the courage to finally have usable teeth and a new smile!
Everything seemed to be going well, to be fair. Until I got a WhatsApp message basically refusing me any treatment and telling me to go elsewhere. Not even a phone call to explain why. I was told to just go and get restorative work done by another dentist.
Seriously?
I've hardly any working molars on the bottom arch, my top arch is full of broken and filled teeth. My smile is bent, and all my teeth are worn down and sensitive.
I've spoken to a few dentists and been told all on 4 is possible or dentures. I'd prefer the longer lasting, harder, and permanent option of implants. Especially zirconium on titanium. (I've done a lot of research).
To be point blank refused any treatment, and via message is rude and so damn upsetting.
They say don't go to Turkey... then basically FORCE you to go to Turkey. Unbelieveable
I'm sorry, I cannot recommend.

In this case, the guidance given was based on the photographs and information submitted to us prior to booking a consultation. As part of our screening process, our clinicians will be asked to give advice in order to ensure they see the appropriate clinician if they decide to book a free clinical assessment. In this case they advised against full arch implant treatment where, based on the evidence provided, they believe a more conservative restorative approach may be more appropriate. You presented with a large number of remaining teeth and said that you "Just don't like my smile".
Full arch implants are not a cosmetic treatment and decisions are made based on factors including age, remaining tooth structure, functional wear patterns and long-term prognosis.
While we appreciate this was not the advice you wanted, we would not recommend treatment that we do not believe is in a patient's best long-term interests.
We do, however, take on board your comments regarding how this was communicated and appreciate the feedback.

Attended New Life Teeth Edinburgh clinic for full mouth upper and lower replacement teeth / implants, the process finished last week.
So far I have had a very positive experience with everything. Staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, understanding and very helpful.
My thoughts or advice to anybody thinking about this , just appreciate that full mouth upper and lower replacement dental surgery is not something that happens overnight it takes time, so be a patient (patient) - I started October 25 and finished May 26.
All the staff in the Edinburgh clinic that I came into contact with during this whole process guided me through each stage with professionalism.
I will post any updates here if required.
