Very thorough, and noticed a lot of things I didn’t. They were also very flexible and accommodating with finding a time that worked best for me. They also got the report to me quicker than I expected, which was great.

Really happy with the quality and speed of service. John, from the NHQC team, was very thorough with the survey and welcomed all my questions.

Arranging the survey was very straightforward. Johnny got in touch to confirm and arrived when he said he would. He picked up little things that I would have missed and put them all in a clear concise report that I can give the builder and ensure they are all ticked off. Johnny was very friendly and helpful.

Never phoned back , also some points are not valid such as lead upstands are fine at 75mm and ground levels should be .225mm below damp course. Any future customer will find this firm does not like to answer the phone and are rude when they reply to E mails.

I was delighted with the quality of my survey undertook by NHQC and the super fast turnaround on completion of my new build.
