Tony came to carry out my post completion snagging inspection for my new build property. As I am a solo purchaser I wanted to be aware of any issues that I may need to report to the developer. Thankfully there weren’t any major issues, but Tony was very thorough, and reassuring. I would highly recommend this company and Tony.

Very easy to contact and arrange a booking. Communication throughout the process was excellent, making it straightforward to schedule the appointment.

Will attended as agreed and kept us updated on his arrival by telephone. He was professional, explained the survey process clearly, and answered all of our questions.

We only booked the survey after moving into our new home because we were initially unsure which company to use. Following a recommendation from a neighbour, we chose New Quality Homes, and we're very pleased that we did.

The comprehensive report gave us reassurance that our home had been built to a high standard. It also identified several additional snags that we had not noticed ourselves, which was extremely valuable.

Received five star service from this company from the minute I engaged with them. Were incredibly flexible when I had to change the date. Helen carried out a thorough snagging inspection (sadly highlighting over 100 issues) many I wouldn’t have noticed myself. Am so grateful as the builders now have a very comprehensive report with photographs. Am considering asking Helen to return to undertake a re inspection after works have been carried out. I truly believe this report has given me the leverage I need to make sure new build is in a much better condition ahead of completion date. Whilst this may appear a lot of money, it is money very well spent.

Easy and responsive process from quote to report. Reasonable price and flexible where possible on snagging date. Reports are well detailed and highlight every issue. I noticed a few bits when I had a walk round with builders and I wouldn't have noticed most of the items identified. Glad I paid for this service.

Highly recommended if you need a pre completion inspection. Managed to find 52 issues with my new build home. Some of the issues I would not have found myself, as I would need to know the regulations. I would use them again. The report was detailed and included photo evidence.

Very quick and professional responses. Survey was extensive and highlighted cosmetic issues that would not have been actioned until after completion of the sale otherwise including glazing issues that required attention before move in date

Orlando was brilliant, conducted an extremely detailed inspection identifying issues I would have never picked up on myself. We booked the post-completion inspection via their online booking system, 2 weeks prior to our completion date. A day before our inspection date, Cameron got in contact to introduce himself and confirm the details.

He arrived on time and got straight to work, completing a thorough check of the property inside and out, which was then detailed in a report delivered to us in good time via email. Not only did he do a great job, he also took the time to ensure our developer provided us with the correct documentation, which in this case was brilliant because we were in fact missing a proper compliance certificate.

They have been accommodating and understanding when some issues arose with access and have completed the snagging on the date and time agreed with a report being received incredibly quickly afterwards. The report is thorough and has highlighted many things which we couldn't have identified ourselves. The photos and comments are clear and very helpful.
