Needs a bit of work but good things going for them
Had problems returning a faulty Wilfa Svarte grinder but mostly to do with DPD and the type of free returns label that New Ground use (small newsagent pick up points hate the service and often con you by saying the codes aren't accepted despite DPD assurances that they do). They didn't seem to be on top of their returns strategy but they were helpful and we finally got it sorted and refund gratefully received.
You seem to get though to them in their coffee shop when calling them. The overall feeling is a good coffee shop making a a big move into online retail. I quite liked the bold branding and the coffee packaging was very. neat and coffee good. The company needs a bit of development in the customer service side which I am sure they can rise to and I would use again for small items and occasional coffee orders
