I can highly recommend NewFysic in Wassenaar. The coaches, Alice and Linda are wonderful and have really helped me with tips, advice and encouragement on my weight loss journey. So far I've lost 26kg and gone from a size 46 to a size 38 - I couldn't be happier!

It worked quite well for me
It worked quite well for me. Not too difficult to change eating habits, since their meal suggestions are great! Very tasty and not too difficult to prepare.

Not worth the money
Weel, I think a lot of money and poor result. Perhaps because I allready had a healthy lifestyle. But I told so in advance. Now I am just disappointed that ther is practicly no result, while I paid a lot of money
