Trying to get replacements a nightmare

Hi

The service is really bad . I spent alot of money buying laura ashley products for my kitchen ..the kettle has stopped working after 5 months and the tops of canisters for tea etc writing coming off .
They are replaceing the tops but the kettle they have asked for so much stuff from me before they send a replacement
We are not living in a 3rd world country . I paid alot for this kettle and to get it replaced its a nightmare . ..never again

Fantastic product and customer support

After being disappointed with the big brands of DAB radios we thought we would try a My VQ Monty. It’s been fantastic, truly great value for money. After a couple of years we needed a replacement aerial and contacted the parent company New Dawn Innovations. Victoria, who dealt with our request was superb and fulfilled our query. Bravo Victoria, thank you.
