Good items, horrible service. Ordered 5 items on September, they said they will arrive in max 3 weeks. After 2 months arrive only 3/5 and just today I see that the other 2 will not arrive. So sad because the items are good, but this is so unrespectful. Never again.

Terrible experience and no thought to customer service. Products are designed to be low price and therefore not great quality- that is something I’m aware of, but not offering refunds when items arrive and aren’t fit for purpose, nowhere near the correct size and look a completely different colour is a violation of the consumer rights act. Avoid!

I purchased clothes a year ago from this company.
The sizes were huge so I sent them back 10 months ago. Ever since has been nothing but a nightmare!!
Having posted all their stuff back in tracked delivery/royal mail. They have been asking me to open a Paypal for a refund, telling me it will be paid in USD (I'm in the UK) or use a friend's Paypal to receive payment(!). The worst part is NewChic paid me back a small portion of what they owed me into the account I purchased from. These guys are thieves!

NewChic rip you off, have no ethics and are running a totally irresponsible business.

Ordered in November 2022. It's now January 2023 and still no items.

Have requested a refund as I do not believe I'll ever receive my order. Won't be using this company again.

The company needs to be honest with the consumer. Too many lies and the take orders knowing that they do not have the product. I'm trying to get my money back but no luck. They said they did not receive payment. My bank shows tranaction was made for 38dlls. This is a scam company. Don't purchase from them.

I placed an order on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present for my daughter and I have got in touch today 29/12/22 and the have informed me that all three item are out of stock I wouldn't like to think how long it would have been before they got in touch with me never again.

I ordered November 19th, was told my products will be shipped around Dec 6th. It is now December24th, and the products are still “Processing”, never left the warehouse.
Trying to demand a return, impossible to find. Avoid this site at all cost, waste of time and money.

After over a month, the status was still in process. On inquiry with the competent support, I was confirmed that one of the products would not be in stock. I was not informed about this circumstance. However, bombarded with spam mail.

Orders were canceled.

This is a scamming company from china which says its from uk and send you utter rubbish quality goods so be wear and you have to pay the postage back to get a refund its a scamming site

I paid via PayPal before I Google your company, a mistake of me. My order placed in Nov 8, invoice 110886086. Paid over $25 just for air shipping. Xmas is around the corner. Nothing arrives.You won I lost.

I received this shoes but damaged all torn a part I reported to buyer about this but nothing happened still waiting for their answer

Arrived promptly, garment as shown and described. Postage & packing charges have increased, but perhaps this is to be expected.

Worst experience ever. Items quality was horrible, nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for a refund 3 months later as they dont provide return labels but will "refund" after receipt, which you have to send back to China. Still waiting currently. Avoid avoid avoid.

I have now been waiting 2 extra months for my order. Your last response to my complaint said I should contact vipservice. I have done so and STILL NO REPLY FROM YOU AT ALL.
How do I get my money back?

This site is a scam. The photos of the items are taken from other/legitimate sites and used fraudulently. It's not what you get, and customer service doesn't exist. It's clearly a company from China that cannot even communicate well/properly because it and when they respond, it makes little to no sense.

Absolutely terrible experience! Order took 2 months, arrived defective and customer service not helping! Quality is cheap! They responding with the same generated message over and over again but nothing in regards to my order. WASTE of $82.68. My order #110568972

I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of pants on 01.10, unfortunately they were not in stock and I did not receive the immediate information that these, or as I found out later, one of the products is not in stock, and To be honest, I don't understand why the products that are not in stock at the moment appear on the website, anyway, let's say, as it was my first order, I didn't know that before ordering you have to verify that the product is in stock, which I think absurd, and as a first buyer the situation is very confusing, let's get over it anyway, and so, a month had to pass after which Sami split the order and deliver it in separate deliveries, as a delivery term of 15-20 days and as a rule after placing the order for 48 hours to be delivered, the one I already have 9 days and it shows me that it is in process, for the second order, having weekly discussions and promising that the stocks will be fulfilled in the following days and so on another 3 weeks have passed ini, after which I already lost my patience and asked for it to be changed, and I still have 2 more weeks in which still nothing happens.
When asked what the solution to this problem will be, the offer is a 20% discount on the next purchase, which will certainly not be available again.
The idea of ​​ordering can be clothes for a specific event or for some wardrobe changes, maybe due to the outside season, but when you receive a simple order of a shirt and some pants, in periods of approximately 3 months, you certainly don't want to do it again shopping .

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a product on the 9th October, still have not received anything. I emailed them and the reply said they no longer had the product and I could wait till the 3rd November to see what happens or I could order something else! I intend to raise a case with PayPal tomorrow. They are utterly ridiculous.

Do not order from this webshop if you are not sure that you want to keep the ordered items. My return package (order 110348211) has been under way from Europe for over two months now. The end is not yet in sight...
