Do not order from this company. The customer service is non existent!!!

They make returns so difficult that you end up giving up. You have to send photos of the items then email them. There is no email address. It seems to be a nasty scam to keep customers money no matter what. They have no intention of refunding!!!!

Was unable to cancel an order 15 minutes after placing it. Emailed them about it and they said they can't do anything about it as it had already shipped and I should have contacted their live chat even though I was directed to use email via their FAQ.

Be sure you want what you buy because they know what they're doing with their scummy cancelation policy.

I have bought some stuff from them, Some turned out to be very good and others not so good. My most recent purchase was a two-piece sports ware and a tee shirt. Both arrived within 12 days of purchase. The quality of the sportswear was listed as polyester. The material though feels rather thin and fable. The design was rather beautiful

Terrible experience in many ways
1- After 3 weeks they were still processing my order
2- I wanted to cancel order since it was taking too
long (they say you can click CANCEL) but there
was no button to click anywhere.
3- The live chat button is a robot and they never responded to my question
4- I wrote 2 e-mails for them to cancel my order and
they never responded
5- They sent only part of my items the day it was supposed to arrive at my house ignoring my messages so now I have to accept the items.
6- They took so long to send that it will not be possible to return.
7- False descriptions. They make false claims because I bought a shirt that said 100% cotton in the description but it was 100% polyester.

So weeks have passed and I still have not received my other parcel. It is funny that their response to my negative review here was immediate but trying to contact them on their website is impossible. They care more about responding to bad reviews than caring for their customers.

I bought a pair of pants. The fabric quality is extremely low. The legs cannot breath, I sweat immediately. And there are spools after only a couple of days wearing.

I tried to return them. To return they said I need to contact the support via email. But there is no email on the site! There is a live chat, I was able to ask to return there. But then nothing happened. I cannot return it.

I love everything from Newchic. Quality is very good!! Fast shipping.

Poor customer service, no response (they say they will respond within 24 hours but even after a week I haven't received any answer from them). I want to return my order, but they are no replying. I would not order from there again.

Unfortunately after my experience with them was shocking
I waited for 3 months and then it was sent to me incomplete
After I told them to send it, they canceled the order and did not return any value. They are fraudsters

It's definetly not a scam, I paid 100$ for 5 items, and got them after 2 weeks. Some of the items were okay, and a couple the quality not very good.

I'd say I got for what I paid, cheap clothes.

Can anyone help? to return something they say you have to contact customer service but I cannot fine anywhere that allow me to do this. If I try the live chat I get an engineer! The phone no on the garment label is not in service. The one on website is in Hong Kong. How do you contact this company?

Newchip seems to be a FRAUD or SCAM. I had placed my order on 6th June and after twelve days it’s still showing processing with no updated information about the order status !!!
BEWARE!!!!

Ordered 200 bucks of stuff at the end of May with a promised delivery time of up to 15 business days. After 12 business days my order hadn't even been processed, so I sent them an email. After my email, they changed the delivery status but didn't actually ship my order. It's been almost a month now, their customer service replies with templates that have broken english and they try to make up "processing times" being different than "shipping times" and asking me to wait up to 30 business days, while my order today (more than 15 business days from the day I placed it) appears to not have even left the warehouse. Newchic offers 15% refund if I return the items they never delivered. This is a clear scam, stay away from this company. Plus, since I bought on this app I've had issues with attempted credit card charges, might not be connected but it sure feels like it is.

I bought some t-shirts from the internet. The quality was very bad. I had trouble getting in touch with someone to find the details of how to return them. When I eventually did,I sent the package and it was returned back to me saying no longer at this address. Avoid.

Items delivered ok but want to return some as much too big / and poor quality (top was transparent) . Had difficulty finding contact address for returns ( sent 2 e mails but don't know if they have arrived as no answer ) website says will answer within 24 hours!! Just want a returns label and refund - will probably be over the 30 days allowed for returns so no refund either- will not use this site again

The tailoring of this blouse is for someone short and fat only in the middle of the body. A true Large is the identical cut as a small and doubled or more in total size. Larger neckline, larger arms, longer length which this particular blouse is not. It has tight neckline, short tight arms and shoulders, it is short in length, however, triple the size in width of middle. Very odd size.

This company says you’re order was delivered it never was I order 2 times first one I got this one never they always give u the same time it was delivered they don’t want to give your money back

I received everything on time, and it's all the right size and, if not precisely the same designs, reasonably close.

But the quality is terrible. The "knitted" is not knitted at all, the corduroy is not corduroy, the cotton is not cotton. It's all very cheaply made. Two of the shirts already had frayed stitching when I took them out of the bag, so I'm not optimistic about putting them in the washing machine.

If you're looking for some decent designs but don't care about the feel of the clothes, or the ability to wear them for more than a few weeks, this site might be for you. But if you're looking for clothes you can wear for a while that feel comfortable, look elsewhere.

Crooks This is the most accurate definition. I have been buying the same dress from Newchic since 2017. Each time a few units. In the same measure in the same color. Over time they changed the fabric to a poorer quality, with a careless weave, weaker and thinner. At the same time, they reduced the size more and more probably to save fabric. Later they removed the large internal pockets of the dress, without declaring it. Again: saving fabric. Crooks!

Some of their product are very good, though some are very a very cheap material, i bought a hoodie, that i wore a few times (2-3) after that it already broke the material.

also it says that shipping is free when you spend over a certain amount of money on their site, but when you go to checkout, you have to pay hella cash for the shipping.
