Clothes looks amazing on male models on site. Very easy to order - size charts and sizing of garments was very accurate, my husband new jeans fit perfectly. Delivery was really fast as well, and I always love a company that provides an easy return process if required. Even the post bag was reusable if return was needed.

I received good service from New Chapter even though there was a postal workers strike at the time. The item arrived in suitable packaging. I absolutely love the slim hoodie. The fabric quality and finish is great, though I would say, if you are between sizes, to size up.Keep it coming, please!

Have a great variety of jeans. Bought a nice fitting trousers with the help of their knowledgeable staff. I love material ! Overall, a very positive experience.

I orders one hoodie and one t-shirt the quality is so good all natural materials used. I don’t want to take it out :) The delivery is very fast next day. Customer service is answered all my questions very fast too. Definitely recommend.

Poor quality, customer service also poor. First I ordered an item. If the quality is not good, return the package. Then they indicate that the package has not arrived. I had disposed of my track and trace on good faith. Money not refunded but had to order something again. Then the size was not right and they say that exchange is not possible. I wouldn't order here again.

I have waited almost 2 months for my order. I have returned the order now en they still didn’t refund my money. They even stopt responding to my e mails. Don’t trust this guys!!

I made an online order about four weeks ago and have called them a couple of times because the tracking is not showing available to track so clearly it’s lost and the company refuses to re-ship or give me any kind of discount they’re just going to give me a refund. I’ve been waiting a month and I had bought something as a promo so I was going to get their lemon balm for free, but the company now is not willing to even provide a coupon or any good faith customer satisfaction type compensation.
I absolutely love their products, note to self do not order online.

Saw their flared jeans advertised on IG and was very tempted. Finally gave in and I am not disappointed. Great fit in my usual size, slim on thighs but flared so sit nicely over trainers. Love the style, will definitely be getting more.
Only comment is they took about a week to arrive but given it is Holland to UK I can't complain.
