Quality item and great customer service

The item I received was not exactly as shown in the description on the website. When I complained, the customer service was very responsive and offered to replace it without any further charges. It turns out they had to make a special one-off request for the item from the producer as it was no longer in stock or being re-stocked. The item I wanted duly arrived and I am delighted with it and by the excellent communication throughout.
