I had a great experience with Newbury Self Store. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable from the start, making the whole process really straightforward and stress-free.

They took the time to explain the different storage options and helped me choose the right space for what I needed. The rates are very reasonable, especially with 50% off the first two months, and the facilities are well laid out with plenty of room to access everything easily.

There were also trolleys, lifts, and other equipment available, which made moving things in much easier. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Newbury Self Store to anyone looking for clean, accessible storage with excellent customer service.

The staff at Newbury Self Store are very welcoming and sympathetic. I had issues with my moving date and couldn’t confirm my storage unit for a few weeks but all the way they reassured me the unit was reserved. The whole place is clean and accessible and I was happy with half of my home being there for a few months knowing it was safe and dry. On moving out I had another issue with timelines where I overran by a few days but again there was no pressure only reassurance that this was not a problem. I would thoroughly recommend Newbury Self Store for any storage matters.

Quick and easy to arrange, very friendly people to deal with. The warehouse and secure areas were always clean and dry and well maintained. Information regarding access times was always published well in advance of holiday periods. All in all I would recommend this company.

Phil and the team are very helpful. We didn’t know what size unit we would need so we were shown around to get a better idea. The units are clean and easily accessible. Their prices are competitive and we would recommend supporting a local business rather than the impersonal multi nationals that are also in Newbury. The paperwork is straightforward and there are no hidden charges.

It was a GREAT experience with Michael L. He took his time with me and answered all my questions….he was absolutely delightful!!!!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the office is well stocked with packing materials, padlocks etc. The Units are clean, airy and the site in general feels very secure. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Setting up the storage was very easy, terms and conditions were clearly and fully explained by friendly and helpful staff. The rates are very reasonable, and when the rental period was ended there was absolutely no problem with the cancellation process. Their office is staffed by real people who are there to help (no chatbots involved).

I needed a small unit for some household items and opted for this facility. The staff were always helpful and friendly and willing to lend a hand if needed. My Deposit was returned within 2 days of my vacating the unit.

A member of my family required some small indoor storage. Having previously used Newbury Self Store some six years ago, I had no hesitation in recommending them.
As I mentioned in my last review, it was the first contact and personal touch that sold it for me. It was no different this time…………..the staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The storage units are clean, secure and well maintained. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
The reception is manned during opening hours and staff are available should you encounter any problems or have queries.
Prices are extremely reasonable and the whole process this time was made really easy again, with staff providing time to show me the different sized units available.
I have dealt with Amy, Anita and Rob and all have offered a quick, friendly and efficient service which makes a huge difference in this day and age.
I have nothing negative to say……..would definitely recommend 100% to anyone who needs storage facilities.

Excellent all round service! Robin has been most helpful, finding us the right unit for our storage requirements and even provided assistance with my first delivery into the unit today. The facility is exceptionally clean and safe with great access.

Organising a move from outside the country has been a huge challenge, but thanks to the Anita and the team this went so smoothly! We really appreciated how promptly they responded and helped us, would highly recommend!
