If I could give zero stars that’s what I’d do. I placed a tiny order online on 29/05/26 for mounting brackets that said in stock and 3-5 days for delivery. It’s now 18/06/26 and I’ve still not received the order. Five chased twice and haven’t been given so much as an excuse never mind an answer.
Completely unprofessional. No emphasis on customer satisfaction. No communication from the company. And no refund.

Extremely disappointed, ordered samples and never received them. After contacting by email I was advised they will be resent yet still nothing arrived. So glad I haven’t ordered actual blinds. A business which doesn’t have a direct contact number to raise enquiries is a red flag. I understand why they choose not to allow customers to contact them via phone rather through email, to avoid having to explain their incompetency.

WORSTBLINDS. Only wanted a spare part. Asked if they could use a cheaper mail service like Royal Mail but no had to be courier. They lied and sent it Royal Mail & second class after waiting almost 2 months without contact. Place order 21/4 received 13/06.
Added info. Contact was originally made when you advertised 3 units on ebay for sale (IN STOCK) regarding postage charges - There was NO mention they were out of stock on your web site, ebay or on my confirmation. I have proof with my confirmation dated 21st. Pity you can not just admit the mistake and next time keep your customers informed and give option to buy from someone whom has the stock. Would also be nice not to be over charged for postage RM48 doesnt cost £8 more like £3

Sent them a measurement of our recessed opening to purchase a sliding door mesh fly unit.
It came exactly as ordered with white powdercoated aluminium casing which blended in perfectly with our pvc doors.
Keeps our room cool and fly free.
Was easily fitted and was exactly fit as per our measurements.

The product itself is great, but the after-sales support has been disappointing. After misplacing the fixing brackets, caps, and screws etc when moving the blind to another room, I contacted customer service for replacements as they still sell this exact same blind. Initially, they said they would check with the warehouse and get back to me with a price. However, after waiting three weeks with no update, I followed up again by email. It’s now been four weeks in total, and I still haven’t received a response.

Delivery was painfully slow. From the date of order to the delivery of the blinds took precisely one calendar month, 13th April ordered, 13th May delivered.
The original order acknowledgement email stated that, "Delivery times for each of our products are stated on the product page. Please note that all delivery times are quoted in *working days*. We politely ask that you do not call to query the delivery of your order before the due date." The product page stated that delivery would be in "10 to 12 working days" when it actually took 22 working days. I sent a polite email after 15 working days and got a reply the following day stating that the customer service department would check with the Factory Manager to get a delivery update. I was then told that delivery would be on Friday 8th May - nothing arrived. I emailed again that day, and then again on Monday 11th and eventually got a response blaming a delivery company error. The blinds finally arrived two days later. The blinds themselves - absolutely fine. Dimensions are perfect and the blinds look great. The only other bugbear is that the blinds arrived without any form of installation instruction whatsoever, not even a link to a video. I did manage to find a video on the manufacturers (Somfy) website and installation was straightforward after following that. However, I emailed as soon as I unpacked the blinds to say that there are no installation instructions - and that email was sent over two hours ago and I've not had any response. I did try telephoning the number on the website but that does not allow you to actually speak to anyone and refers you to contact customer services by email.
In conclusion, blinds are fine, customer service is poor.

Absolutely love their roller fly screens and the service is great. Kept me informed at all times, went above and beyond in getting me my final blind. We are now fly and mozzie free in the house, while still getting the breeze and keeping the house cool. Would definitely recommend.

The insect blind I ordered was the wrong size and because I had taken it out of its original packaging, I wasn’t able to return it. Double check you have measured correctly before ordering.
After several helpful emails from Tim, I was able to find what I was looking for ands he kindly reimbursed me for my purchase.
