I ordered many T-shirts (and they are not cheap) and it was absolutely NOTHING like the website (neither in color no in material). I threw them away (imagine I could not even give them to anybody due to such a bad quality). This is definitely a SCAM. run away

Looked like it was a USA company when I purchased the sweatshirt. Only when i got shipping confirmation I realised that is was coming from China. NOTHING like the pictures - absolute awful quality nylon. I wouldn't dare put it anywhere near a naked flame. Now trying to work out how I can get a refund

Do not buy anything from Newblacks!! Cheap ugly clorhes and nothing looks like the pictures! I sent it back but have not yet got any money back. Biggest scam ever!!!

I agree with every bad comment re: newblacks. I ordered merchandise to support Palestine, and have come to know this place is in China. Their material is super cheap, and nothing fit correctly. I ordered because their return policy states ‘easy returns’, but that is absolutely a lie. I’ve been requesting to return my items, and they keep offering coupons and say the return process is very long. I’ve been trying for over a month, they take forever to respond, and to date, are still just offering coupons to buy more crappy merchandise. Terrible that evil like this is benefiting from good people trying to help the people of Palestine and other oppressed people, all to make a buck. I doubt anyone will get their money back, but let’s at least put our bad reviews everywhere so no one orders from them and they get shut down

I purchased 4 dresses costing me £100 the dresses came and was very disappointed at the material,print and fitting. They are nothing like they are advertising. This is a cheap company selling cheap clothes and misleading the public. I have emailed them to request a refund and say we will give you 10% vouchers,what rubbish why would I buy rubbish again. I have asked again for my money and they said returns is on me but will have to go through a lengthy process and returns to China. I feel I have been cheated out of my well earned money by these fraudsters. Please do not buy.

Do not buy anything from them ! a SCAM ! awful dress badly made I feel so dumb i did the purchase for Palestine on their website... so sad they're trying to make money from Palestinian cause... it's a shame and they should be in prison for this scam and theft

DO NOT PURCHASE from this website. Bought a Free Palestine Tshirt. It's listed as cotton blend. I received a very low quality made 100% nylon shirt, size L lists bust 105cm it is at least 2 sizes bigger. Asked for return and refund, they offered a 15% discount if I wanted to keep the item instead of returning it to China which is very expensive (they say).
As someone said before me, it's very sad that they profit from gen oci de.

Immediately after first 3 days I discovered this was china factory. day 4 I request refund for no order confirmation through paypal. They sent me transfer notices in chinese from SF company, SF factory. after one month merchandise came. 2 dresses. Material is translucent synthetic, seams ragged, frayed, sizing misproportional. Do not order from company with many AKA names

Do not buy from here. Their products look nothing like they do on their site, the cheapest material I have ever seen. I had bought some 'Free Palenstine' Tshirts that I wanted to sell at a charity auction and they are not even fit for any purpose, awful. I asked for a refund without even opening 5 of the tshirts even explaining the cause and they told me I would have to pay for the refund to send it to china and potentially then they would refund me. Sickens me that they would use the situation in Palenstine to profit to scam people.

I ordered more than a month in advance of when I would be needing the item. After 3 weeks of waiting for item to be sent and inquiring when my item would be shipped, I was informed that the item is out of stock (but still listed normal on website). I have asked for a refund, but was advised to order another item for the same value because their bank account was frozen. I am still waiting for a response but am not holding my breath. This is a big scam and absolutely the worst customer service experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Awful dress badly made and definitely not a linen mix as advertised. No reply from message sent to their 'customer care' Please don't buy from these people!

This company strives to be worse. I gave them another chance after they sent me a Stained Shirt… no refund and no replacement so I took their offer of 30% off next purchase. My mistake! They sent my order another shirt and also a decent deal on a Rolling Stones Ball Cap. The ball cap is low quality material had a sticker on the brim that when taken off left a mark … on a brand new hat!!!
They didn’t answer the 3 messages I sent with photos. My next step is Better Business Bureau and Facebook where I bought these items through an advertisement on Facebook.
They have many names to the same company: Newblacks is the company I bought from but beware of all these different names for the exact same items

UPDATE:
This so called company will only let me send back the hat to China and have several people look to see if it is worth replacing or giving me a refund.
