Beautiful shoes, well packaged, just a took a while to arrive.
Aside from having to wait a couple of weeks, I had a great experience with NewBella.
I kept seeing the ads for the mules, and I know it was likely they came from China, and that was confirmed when I got my shipping confirmation.
But when the shoes arrived, they came well packaged in a lovely box, in individual bags, and I love them. The knitted style is popular for footwear in general, for a reason, comfort. They mules are really comfortable, and they look expensive. I'm a UK size 6, and the EU 39 fit me just fine. I didn't have any issues, so no need to contact Customer Service.
Showed my friend and she also wants a pair of the mules after trying them on and seeing how pretty and comfortable they are. I'd buy again.

At least some of you actually received something
I ordered 2 bags from them, order never arrived. Got an email saying the logistics company could not find my address. This has never happened to me before. I verified my address with their support and they said they would resend. Waited. Emailed them to ask what happened to the order... after several emails, they replied one of the items was not ready to ship. I asked for my money back. They then said it was shipping. Waited. No replies to my emails after asking for status. I moved to What's App where they did reply and provided tracking. Tracking showed the item was out to be delivered, but TODAY, May 7th, I received a message from support saying their logistics was having an issue and I have to pick up the item! Didn't tell me where. Save yourself the aggravation. The products look nice, but you may only ever see them on an ad!

It’s a way of scamming people
I ordered a bag, unfortunately bag was too big for me therefore I got in touch to return the order and request for a FULL refund. In reply they said they can only give me 15% of refund. Sorry but that’s not how it should be. I want a whole refund of my order. They said they can give me 50% voucher but then why not I keep the bag and get 50% refund instead of the voucher? I think it’s a scam of forcing people to buy by offering vouchers.

So this is my second review, I bought shoes that were too large, after a few e mails back and forth I did return the shoes at my expense, in new condition and after sending them pics to assure I had not worn them, they did refund my money.

EDIT: I have not been contacted again by Newbella as per their response below.
Before I purchased from this company, I checked their returns policy. They claim on their website to have an 'easy return policy' and will accept returns within 30 days etc. I therefore purchased two pairs of the same shoes for size, confident that I could return the pair that didn't fit. I emailed them to request a return of one pair, as per the website instructions and received an email back saying,
'Hi there,
Okay, thanks for letting me know.
we are worried that the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyers.
We understand that it can be frustrating when a product does not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we would be honored to have the opportunity to make things right for you.
Returning the product from your address may take a long time and be costly, which is why we are offering you 25% partial refund or a 50% coupon and you can keep the item?We believe that they are still a great product that you will enjoy and that they can be a valuable addition to your wardrobe.

They clearly didn't even read my original email as I wasn't trying to return a product that didn't meet my expectations. I also don't feel that a pair of shoes that are much too big 'are still a great product that you will enjoy and that they can be a valuable addition to your wardrobe'.
I wrote back to express my disappointment as this is far from an 'easy returns policy' and my email is bouncing back. I can only assume that they blocked my email as soon as they'd responded, so I guess I won't even be getting the 25% partial refund.
Absolutely do not buy from this website. I certainly won't be again.

I can not get help and I have actually begged for it. I was asked for pics that I provided, I asked many questions and could not get answers. I have been sent something that can not be opened more than once. They do not like returns. Everything is stretched out until you will pass your 30 days. I’m trying to find legal help. I have 3 pair of boots I informed them that don’t fit and that no size shows anywhere on them. Someone informed me she had problems, still returned the boots and never received her money. I can not believe they are allowed to get away with this.
