Faulty dress - no reply from customer service
Unfortunately, this store has sent me a faulty dress and I have been trying to contact the store for 4 times via multiple channels and a shopify complaint.
No reply to date and €470 have gone to waste. Trying to resolve this via my credit card provider now.
That is what you get when trying to support small vendors rather than the big usual brands. Very disappointing.
Would try to avoid this store at all cost.
