NAF & Jason were great
Jason Tiburzi went to bat for us and was able to secure out refinance loan when other lenders couldn't. He was professional, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step of the process. He was always available to answer our questions and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I had an excellent experience working with Robert as my mortgage loan officer. From the very beginning, he was extremely thorough and detailed in explaining every step of the loan process. He took the time to clearly outline what documentation was needed and made sure I understood what to expect throughout the process.
What impressed me most was his patience and professionalism. I called frequently with questions—sometimes every day—and Robert always took the time to answer them completely. He never made me feel like I was bothering him, and he consistently provided clear, helpful guidance that gave me confidence throughout the entire process.
Despite all of my questions, the loan process went incredibly smoothly thanks to Robert’s knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable. Amazing communication
Amazing communication, I was able to do everything from the comfort of my house. My loan officer was fabulous and very communicative. My loan processor was phenomenal and we were able to get everything done relatively quickly even with the minor hiccups that seemed like giant roadblocks to me at the time. Ive already recommended NAF to friends and family.
