Bin men broke my bin just put it back like it was nothing. I have been waiting months for a new bin. I have no choice but to use the broken bin and now the bin men have decided they are no longer collected my bin because its broken! I have been told its my problem now and have to take all of my rubbish to Barrowell Green now until the gods at Enfield Council send me a new bin. They don't care its a hazard as it has no lid on it and it doesnt matter if you complain it gets you nowhere
